I have two unfinished tails i made about 8 years ago 😅 im happy people still make them. Im now an adult, but middle school me really liked making these fluffy tails.
gonna be using this to make my tricolor marble fox tail, just bought the black, brown and white wool 😆😆 Update: I made it and I love it so much I actually almost cried thank you so much for this tutorial :,>
When you put your yarn bite around the ring edge (the closed top end side that creates the two strands below) you then take what each has and divy them out into the three chunks you need for a normal braid, you don't have to be specific with it. If you want to be extra specific go from most middle strands as one piece and furthest from middle as their own pieces.
I'm trying to make a tail with a top and bottom color with stripes on it, any help with that or do i have to try to figure out how to do it myself? bc i have a few ideas and wanna make sure im not messing it up
The best I can advise on strips because I took a wing at it is, work thoroughly on each layer. My biggest notice was the stripes were to thin and not as opaque at first due to me thinking I layered enough un-brushed yarn in the colors row.

Can you make a short so we can see it (not forcing)
💗💗💗this tutorial was SO helpful❣😻thank you so much😻I've been struggling finding the right tutorial for my learning style. Much 💗
I love my tail, i followed your steps and it worked very well thank you SO much
Can you show the garters too? 💕
Should the sections be brushed out as you build the tail, or did you do that just for the purpose of demonstrating how to brush them out?
What yarn?
I think it may be acrylic yarn
You can use any brand of yarn, as long as it is 100% acrylic.
Acrylic. Red heart yarn from Walmart is most assessable
You said detail tutorial and i dont know how to braid it. I know how to braid but there are only 2 side so what am i supposed to do bruh

Your two sides can be split to three and it won't affect the tail outcome. The core is important to braid but not how it looks basically
This i going to Take like one month
Can't wait to see the garter tutorial!
When I say I love you I love you 💖

Question how do you end the plat for the core of the tail is it just a regular knot
@@Arcticwolf_paws yes it is a regular knot
@@JudassRose ok ty
@@JudassRosehow do you start adding the yarn to the core it shows how to fill the gaps but not how to start it😂😂
