I actually prefer the grassy flavor of green peppers! (My favorite pizza is onion, green pepper and pineapple!) And when you are trying to cut your grocery bill, green peppers are so much cheaper than the others.

Just curious - why don’t you remove both ends of beans? Why is only one end removed?
