Extending the axle to the back sounds like a great plan, as does a clutch cover. A set of foot pegs located under the exhaust/carb areas will make standing to avoid bumps more comfortable, and you'll be able to shift your weight forward easier.

18:00 you can still put a smaller rear sprocket on it but then go and turn in the throttle stop screw so anyone won’t be able to go above a certain speed/throttle amount.
I’m definitely considering buying these engines now that california is starting to ban predator engines being sold in stores.😢 I’d have to travel over an 1hr and a half to buy a 212 predator from the store. (The closest store is only 5-10 minutes away from me and they are no longer selling the predator engines.)
Put the original useless engine back on that bike for Jessie, and buy a new bike to cut up and modify and put the bigger engine in it. I was thinking there for a few seconds that the bike was going to ride John instead of the other way around LOL. Maybe keep both wheels on the ground John LOL....Yeah I know, its like having a high performance car and trying to drive it like a grandma LOL.
Just buy another for the woman and just go crazy with that one. The boy will get use to the power and maybe you will to? But it does have hospital wrote all over it. Be safe and play hard.

Reminds me of my doodlebug mini with the hemi 212 swap when i was in my early teens but the difference here is yours has brakes and good tires😂

Bend the forks foreword or relief cut the frame so the rake of the tree is leaned farther back
Agreed also could do the rear axle relocation and raise the axle an inch to lower the rear and lean it.
I would suggest extending the foot pegs out some to allow for the wider engine. Also how does it compare to the drag bike??????
