I'm still just starting out.
What is the typical wholesale price for a 24oz clamshell.
It seems that about $6 is a farely common retail price. So I'm guessing the price from the grower to the retailer would be less than that.

Yes if you are selling to smaller retail stores you can expect a roughly 50% markup so you'd sell product to the store for $4.00 and the store would sell it for $6.00

They grow best between 6.2 and 6.5, which is acidic...not alkaline. Unless you mean the food itself?
