Several times if I lay flat down like on the x-ray table or at my chiropractors, the ceiling start spinning, and I end up throwing up for hours and hours. I am seeing a chiropractor to get cervical adjustments. Just wondering if you have any extra tips. I also did Physical Therapy, because sometimes the vertigo is more like motion, sickness and sometimes it’s triggered by laying flat in the ceiling starts spinning.
I don't understand how to do this on a hard surface if I don't have a PT/massage table. My table is too high to mount. It also probably won't support my weight. My kitchen counter is too high. how do I do this?
I had some thing like that. Sounds like a tie wrap every time I rotate my neck. Amazingly, I only needed to massage the tendons in the back of my neck and it helped immensely. Got so bad I would have headaches and even went to have an x-ray and have my glasses prescription checked. Try self massage with a little oil.

Try “ear pulling”. Works like a charm for many.

Everyday Back Pain! What causes the neck when the head turns or bends down to make a cracked sound? sounds like a tree branch snapped.
