Nice vid full of great tips. Of all the wrap vids I’ve watched this is the first time I’ve heard of using ceramic coat on a matte finish. Getting ready to wrap my wife’s Porsche Vivid metallic matte green. Is there a specific ceramic you use?
lol😅 I just ruined a hood doing this had to scrap it n do again I stretched and lifted it too much got creases and bubbles that wouldn't come out for so mad I pulled it all off lol. 2nd time I left it on the roll and removed backing gradually as I squeeegied the wrap onto the hood little by little careful not to let air get under. then once down I worked air out from the center outwards making sure to get the curves well. then I trimmed@ tucked and heated. came out 95 percent better. not bad for my first.. second attempt. 💪
Great work. I don't need to have my car wrapped but I could sure use your skills to put a screen protector on my phone without any bubbles. 🤗
OH MAN! I was thinking the SAME THING!
I just started to learn how to wrap and these 3M vinyls make it look so easy... I used a regular cheap Amazon wrap and is a PITA!
That's awesome! I need that!
A question would be, would the real glossy carbon fiber wraps also hide those small chips as good as that dry carbon fiber wrap does?
Where can I get this film? Thank you
what wrap did you use? looks sick. also what size for an average hood?
When/If I remove the wrap is it going to pull up the paint where all those chips are?
So does a lighter color not hide imperfections as well? You said you picked carbon fiber to hide it but what about other colors?

I like carbon fiber wrap jobs. Is the vinyl available thru Avery. I'd like to wrap my 3rd Gen Tacoma Hood .
But when the sun hits it will bubbles form?
That Maser looks cool
Appreciate ya! 🙏🙏
Be sure and show the whole car at the end please!

I’m doing a 3 year study to become signmaker as well. I like to think I’m getting pretty good at it but then I see you do it like it’s nothing🤩🤯
Thats good! Keep practicing 🔥🔥🔥
I like your vdo bro could you let me know what's quality brand of carbon fiber you normally use?
Have to go to the best to get this done. Seen way too many xacto scratches on the paint.
Thinking about having my 2014 silverado LTZ wrapped.
You should 💪💪🔥🔥
brilliant :)
Who wanted a pink G wagon?
Customer from out of town. Goes with their company colors too 💪💪
@@JayTheWrapSpecialist that's Dope bro. I like the wraps u do they be 🔥 keep up the good work bro 💪🏽
Um.... a girl I think🙃
Barbie.
What about key marks due to bad vandals with bondo underneath? GM paint red faded to orange and peeling 🤢
What about when removing the wrap would the material stick to those chips? or make the paint/chips worse?
Not likely if it's the factory paint. A crappy repaint might come off.
On average, how long does it take to wrap an entire car?
I would say around a week. If thats all i was focused on, I would finish in 2-3 days being extra detailed with it.
@@JayTheWrapSpecialist oh ok thanks
Got some kill skills with wrap niceeee
