This is a really good video highlighting why it cost so much to wrap. Some people complain about prices without knowing what it takes to get it done.
The Complainers complain because they don't care what it takes, they simply expect others to work for free. Their lives are ones of eternal disappointment.

Haha yup. That was definitely my fault. It is recommended to wait up to 2 mo ths after paint before wrapped for proper curing.
@@JayTheWrapSpecialist Forgive my stupid question: I noticed when peeling off the wrap, it seemed you were always pulling at close to 90 degrees to the car surface. Would you have less paint peel if you pulled the wrap off over itself, close to parallel to the surface? Thanks in advance.

Planning to get my car wrapped, are there any cons to it?
I mean you’ll have to get it redone in a few years and if you leave it on too long you can chip your car paint. Theres more up keep and depending on how hot it is where you live, it can peel in some places. Otherwise i dont think theres too many cons

jay, would you suggest to use wet squeegee on all types of vinyl?
I usually do for gloss colors and dry for satin and mattes.

If you think thats bad.. its the damage you dont see when removing wrap im worried about. At a microscopic level its damaging your paint or clear coat when you remove.

And imagine having a G wagon, able to factory order in mat black, instead you have to buy in white and spend extra money to wrapping in black. That's happening when people has more money than brains

He does great work, but he ruined his own paint. It's kind of concerning to have a pro wrapper not know it is going to ruin brand new paint. As a consumer, how would we be able to trust that he is knowledgeable about how it might impact *our* paint. And why wrap a freshly painted car? Doesn't make any sense.
