  • The man who once seemed destined to be Thailand's next prime minister is resigning as head of the party that swept the country's general election. Pita Limjaroenrat said his departure will open the way for a new leadership for Move Forward, now the main opposition. He said it will allow his party to assume an effective check-and-balance in the Thai parliament.

the people are on his side, he won the heart of the people .... he is not on a trip to be on a ego fulfilling position, to be on top ..... he is a exceptional good economist .... very much needed at times were the whole west is moving out of China and looking for new places to manufacture, the pull out of Hong Kong 2 years ago Thailand total missed the opportunity ..... the big corporations settled in Singapore ....but Thailand is much bigger and cheaper and has a vast amount of workforce, if he would be on the stirring the whirl, Thailand could be an economic powerhouse in no time .....

Majority of Thai people are on his side. He will be back. It’s so pathetic attempt to remove him from parliament. (iTV was not a media when he had the shares, he did not break any rules )
