Update: getting two Acqua di Parma Blu Mediterraneo fragrances soon: Cipresso Di Toscana and Arancia di Capri. I’m hoping to get Colonia Pura tomorrow as well. I’ll let you know what I think.
I’m in love with lutens Gigembre omg ginger cinnamon for men or women it lasts! I’m seriously about to buy one a month I’m so in love
these surge lutens have been in tj maxx for 30 bucks the last month or so, ambre sultan is really good, picked up a few others from this line as well as 4 others from another line for 25 bucks each, in less than a month i found and bought 10 of them, 3 ambre sultans, as i liked from hearing good things, the others are sealed, oh and i tried couche di diable because of the name, wow super potent stuff, not sure of scent since i am a newbie in this world, but is nuclear.
Ambre Sultan is awesome.
Amber Absolute gets a lot of hype but I prefer Amber Sultan for an amber fragrance.

Sheldrake also made Chanel Coromandel, my favorite fragrance of all time. Nothing comes even close for me.
But for Serge Lutens, i still didnt try any of them, but it sounds like an extremely interesting house, and something i will love.

Yeah I agree Coromandel is amazing . One of my top 10 favorite perfumes of all time.

You need to spray on skin. Only perfumers are allowed to use test strips.
Who’s says I’m not a perfumer 😉 I use test strips in reviews and spray on skin in first impression videos!

What's with the different bottle tops? You've got a long cylinder top, but on the websites I've seen this on. The bottle top is a spherical top, which looks more feminine. Is there a difference between them? Thanks
All Serge Lutens come with the screw on cap kind of like Calvin Klein that you remove and install the provided atomizer in the box!

@@kh7688 What kind of fragrances do you like? Serge Lutens are very Bold, Complex and Daring! I love Bapteme Du Feu and heard Chergui and Ambre Sultan are fantastic offerings from the house!
@@FragranceHunter I'm very open to a variety of different smells. I appreciate floral scents but I wouldn't wear them myself. I enjoy woody, spicy, gourmand, green, citrus and Oudy/Musky fragrances.
I've got my fair share of the designer heavy hitters, a few entry level niches like Acqua Di Parma, Mancera, Montale etc. I think Serge Lutens is the next level up from that. I want to slowly but surely work my way up to Parfums De Marly, Amouage, Creed, Nasomatto and the like. Appreciate the help
