I use VMagic mirror because I’m lazy and poor (lol) so set up the number keys (my moves in WoW) to trigger glowy hair and horns even a spell “animation” (which is just an animated texture rotating on a quad.) ^^ I have you and Suvidriel aaand Syafire to thank!!!
i have a funny idea for tron argama: make your avatar stand on a rumba.... why? witches fly on brooms which are usaly for cleaning. So a rumba for a techno witch would be a nice touch. xD
This doesn't seem to work for me. Bloom seems to glow anything that's light colored regardless of what emission texture I put on the material in unity.
I didn't showed it off since you litterally hated the B at this time very much, but I made a simple PS1 like low poly model in Blender a few days ago, most of the body is done but my head is still too detailed and my hair looks like trash, need to find a way to simplefy them
I was wondering if the Bloom / Glow effect is governed by the global effect settings of the world you're in. I've made a few avatars with this helpful tutorial and in some world there is almost no glow. If I go to Tree House in the Shade though it looks great.
@@ArgamaWitch Hmmm..... it does seem to be the case depending on world Post Processing. Without it, I think it just adds some brightness, but doesn't truly glow. Still, it's very cool where it does work and this tutorial has been very helpful.
If you want it on hair and skin, yes, if not you dont need to worry about it. I just did it on the neon hair, not white, but white will glow in general
I'm making a avatar and I want one eye to glow red. This will definitely help, thank you. My only question is could I get vseeface to make the eye glow only when I use the angry face, or would I need to use a different program?
I think you can, you make make the glow black normally (so it doesn't glow) and then go to angry blendshape in material change the iris to glow and change it from black to red glow (you will need the bloom on all the time, but it should be fine)
@@ArgamaWitch thank you I’ll give it a try. And if it doesn’t work I’ll probably just leave it glowing all the time. It’ll probably look cool either way.
@@ArgamaWitch, I am very close to becoming a vtuber,I just have to continue researching on how to do well, and work hard! And I have to thank you and many others for helping! :D

well vseeface is free too

yeah but that joke has been done many times.
This is still my favorite out of all your costumes so far. The glowing stuff is really cool.
thanks
XD I use this trick a lot, I have a loto characters where their hair actually glows XD I always love how it turns out

Wow, it's a simpler than I expected it to be.
YAAAAAAAS QUEEN thank you so much. great content

Shes to over powered
This is definitely going to help in the future!!! Thanks, you magical being, youuu!!!
And WOW SHE LOOKS AMAZING
You're so welcome!
okay so once I'll be 3D of some sort I could use that method to give my eyes a slight glow effect, NEAT! :D
thank you very much Argama
you finally making your model?

Would this work on the eyes? Wanted to make the eyes of my characters glow for a nice detail. Thank you for the tutorial!
It should
Thanks again I needed this!
Happy to help!
I spent a bunch of time making my valheim vroid's eyes glow, just to find out the effect won't work in game, it was pretty sad
thats a bummer.
@@ArgamaWitch still a learning experience, so I can't complain
Actually this is pretty cool!! o.o
Wow thank you for the tutorial!
No problem!
is there an updated version of this tutorial?
no, but its still the same process

honestly not too sure. sorry

epic!
yesss just what I need! thank you! :3
I'm glad!
Question if I adjust my bloom effect in Vseeface or Luppet can it carry on back to unit before I import it to VRC or something?
No, vseeface doesnt save it to the model
So you do the black background with white/color background for the hair and skin too? Did you do the neon hairs in white too? Or where they color?
If you want it on hair and skin, yes, if not you dont need to worry about it. I just did it on the neon hair, not white, but white will glow in general
@@ArgamaWitch interesting thank you!!
would this also work in unreal?
I have no idea, I've never used Unreal, sorry.
Does this also work for VRC?
(Edit: Your videos are the best!)

@@ArgamaWitch it worked thank you so much for the help
What program are you using to get vc effect.
vc effect?
Vc effect? now im curious
Hello, what is this Program called?
Unity Standalone? is this right?
The model was made in Vroid, the program to make it glow was Unity, and the program I used to edit the texture was clip studio paint
@@ArgamaWitch Thanks, so there is no way to get the glow into vroid studio oO hmm
i really wish vroid had more options and functions built in.
hello!:D
