Man I've been struggling to make a male vtuber model so I kinda started to lose motivation to make one and this video actually restored my motivation because it really doesn't seem that complicated

for vseeface, how do you get accurate face tracking with the webcam? Is there another program needed for better eye tracking? Because everytime i turn up the eye sensitivity my pupils just shoot up into the head which is terrifying

Excellent guide. Took less than thirty minutes honestly, minus the time it took to customize the VRoid Avatar. Honestly was hoping that I would be able to find a helmet so I didn't have to do any of the unity stuff. Actually still plan on doing the helmet and cooling vest, but it should be nice to have a face under it.

Hi Thirsty! Do you mean like pasting accessories in? Sometimes you can do that within the skin texture layer or sometimes you can make them out of hair. Maybe I can make a video on it one day, but if you want to be able to just paste in the accessory without making it, it will require using unity!

Whoa! 9 years ago I tried this, and I didn't get the hype cus facerig was the only app I had found at the time, and it had very few options. I figured "whats the catch if you can't make the character exactly the way you want it?" Well now I should look into this again.
Hey, just wanted to say that you are goated for making this video. This is exactly what I was looking for, though I'm kind of sad that perfect sink requires a $15 tool and an iPhone. Sure, I can just use a webcam if I'm lazy / cheap, but it's going to look bad, and if I use meow face on an Android, it'll look better but still require me to use Hanna tool. But you put everything into one concise video, this is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much.

Hey, just wanted to say that you are goated for making this video. This is exactly what I was looking for, though I'm kind of sad that perfect sink requires a $15 tool and an iPhone. Sure, I can just use a webcam if I'm lazy / cheap, but it's going to look bad, and if I use meow face on an Android, it'll look better but still require me to use Hanna tool. But you put everything into one concise video, this is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much.

You mentioned a guide on setting up the perfect lip sync if you have a custom modeled avatar, but I'm not seeing that in the description. Do you happen to have it handy? ; w; I'd love to have perfect sync buuuut my avatar is custom and I'm a complete Unity noob.
