I don't think that the wall paper in the 2nd house was ever in style. Especially with that amount. Such an improvement and I am sure that the house sold quickly. Beautiful place.
Hi, Sofie, I am from Pakistan and with great interest I watch all your uploaded videos, they all are very Informative.👍🏼 I wanted to ask, what happen after Staging the House, if the client struck a deal, does the furniture and setting goes with the house If not what are the terms and conditions for returning the furniture and how much does it cost, is the rental items are for a week, a month etc and how shall one hire and negotiate the service fee if required.
It's always advisable when wanting to sell..spend money on painting, replacing or cleaning carpets and clean, clean, clean. Nobody wants old cooking smells, pet smells or dirty mouldy bathrooms.
What happens to the furniture they put in the house to sell it for this show? I really wish they could use more of the buyers furniture. Did the house get sold? They never say.
The first one...the furniture and striped rug don't match at all! And the chairs in front of the fireplace, what adult can sit in them? And a rug on the patio for the weather to ruin?🙄
Manuela, if you want to sell the house, then Your opinion on colors no longer matters, but prospective buyers opinion does. Now I love color but that's too much and too purple. Lo siento. Also eye level for pictures is 64' from the floor, not 74". The reason is you should be looking at the middle of the pictures when you're sitting down, and because most ceilings are 8' so hanging pictures too high puts them too close to the ceiling. It just looks off. If your ceilings are 10-12' high, you can hang them a little higher but not more than 68" from floor. Yes, I do interior design, too.

One story would be great for senior couple, a brick exterior means low maintenance and that front porch looks lovely. Just clean it up!!
Sophi Allsoo is soooo talented!

Work it out with your realtor. Each option is possible.
These episodes are from November 2009.
wish you told what they sold for and how long it took after the changes
When was this filmed? Archaic is a kind way to describe the styling.

I thought you were working on Canadian homes
Do they intentionally clutter up the place before the shoot?
Pretty house without the decor
