@@jonathonlesko3554 fenley precision doesn't fuck around. I will be getting their HX-35r as my high pressure charger in my compound setup and probably put it over a S480. I haven't quite decided between the 475 or 480.
@@austinwlock I have a HX35 & S475 setup and I love it! Just make sure not to boost over 60psi unless you fire ring the head and install ARP or Xotic head studs
Fleece Cheetah turbos make that sound. I have an he351cw on my 2000 with turbo labs 67mm exhaust housing/wheel-shaft and it screams like that. Not going to lie, I did it entirely for that beautiful sound
@@Doicus.dreams to get the sound you need to go to a bigger exhaust wheel. You could keep the factory inducer but foe the amount you will spend in machining and the turbine might as well go bigger on the inducer to create a more balanced turbine assembly under boost.
I’ve got a 1990 ve pump with an hx35 on it right now. No pump / fuel mods - what it cost for me to grab one of these? I’m auto trans built hughes converter (swapped in Chevy)
This was a gen 1 hx35-r.. we have replaced it several times over making it better. It’s more quiet now. The loudest charger I have is my 60/67/12 over all

Mine does dude.. I got a 00 Dodge diesel and doesn't smoke it all, not even at full throttle.. that's what I like

1996_12valve this is a custom t4 6cm turbine housing. One of only two that I know of. I will have it’s second twin up for sale very shortly.

No, this is a Fenley turbo. Not stealth, not fleece.

This was a generation one hx35-r. It did not have a race cover.

Any turbo will whistle like that if you remove the silencer ring just like in the video that's all they did is remove the silencer ring
no stock hx35 is going to sound like that
Removing a silencer ring wont get you that crisp of a whistle out the exhaust, it just makes more of an intake wooshing sound up front
