The Quilted Forest: ME TOO. I appreciate the variety of fabrics you use and the quilt patterns that are so quick to piece. Some of them I've done before and quite a few I hadn't thought of. Happy sewing and may you have a wonderful holiday season
I so enjoy your videos! You are an inspiration and I love your content. Thank you! I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to comment- I’ve been enjoying your videos for months!
I love the simplicity of this quilt. The system that you use to evenly distribute your colours and designs is brilliant and something that I will be doing from now on. Your TH-cam channel has quickly become one of my very favourite channels . Thank you for easy-to-follow instructions. 😊❤
As a new quilter I am loving all of your videos. Your teaching style is just what this newbie needs...slow and steady. I look forward to each and every one of your videos. Happy Quilting!!
Your bindings look so good. Please consider doing a binding video showing your technique. I've tried a few times, both with small quilts and placemats, to sew from the front & catch the back but the results are not great. I do have pretty good luck sewing the binding to the back & folding to the front then stitching down by machine.
Your videos just make my day! You always have such cute projects and explain everything so well. I have a few charm packs that I was thinking of using for a baby quilt…thank you for clarifying there will be enough border fabric to double these! It never fails that I have to try to figure it out and either have gobs left or worse, am a few inches short. Thank you!
Love this! If you did it all in shades of blue you'd have a perfect quilt to go with the children's book The Little Ghost Who Was a Quilt by by Riel Nason (Author) and Byron Eggenschwiler (Illustrator). It's a great book and perfect for giving along with a quilt, especially during the month of October!
Ok.... this is one of the cutest ideas I've heard! This would also be a cute idea for adults... a coffee mug and some gourmet coffee with a coffee themed quilt. Awesome idea...thanks
Hi Shelley, I am new to quilting and was wondering do you sew your borders strips together befor you add them to large quilts also. Lovely quilts. Will be trying this. Thanks
In this video I sewed my border strips first before adding them to the quilt, as that's how this pattern was written. This technique would also work for other quilts that have cornerstones. However, I normally add the border strips to the quilt separately
Thank you for showing us how to do relatively easy straight line quilting on our machine.
I love your calm and unhurried approach to the projects you make. You always leave me thinking "I could make that."
Yay!

Where did you find those numbered clothes pins. Wonder clips are great---even better if they were numbered. Thank you.
I found mine at Target
Will the project challenge for October drawing be out soon?
Where do you get the charm packs
I'm sure you said the name of the green border fabric but could you tell me the name?
It's from the line "On Dasher"
