This locomotive and rails resemvles me a NG underground coal mine railways with about the same gauge. The locomotive looks like being pulled of coal mine piece by piece using probably the long skip conveyor from the depth of near a mile. Those steam locos used to stay 3/4 of mile down in the dark as many hauling mules stayed down there. One day steam locos have been replaced with electric ones for good
