Hi brian. What if i have pending asylum and circumstances in my country changes for good, dictator has gone what happens to my case based on political suppress? I’ve done my interview today and as you know after 2-4 days the lawyer will read my answer…. I felt the interpreter did two wrong also my answer wasn’t good shall I swap the words and tell my lawyer only 2 answers. Does it affect anything????

What if applicant has parents that has other citizenship than applicant has. And there is option to get a parent citizenship. Can it be problem? Thank you for answer.
The mere possibility of getting citizenship through a parent shouldn’t be a problem, but they will want to ensure that they are not already in fact a citizen of pareant/s' country. sometimes a person is in fact a citizen of a country even though they don’t have a passport or perhaps have never been there

What is going to be in a case, when I got my tourist visa to the US and my purpose was a tourism. Yes I had some problems with persecution in my country but back then it wasn't systematic and it changet over some months and when I leaved my country and entered to the US my purpose has changed to try to get an asylum. What then should I answer about - you lied to get your visa? because I didn't lie and the situation changed later, but Im afraid they can say, your purpose was a tourism so you lied and rereject my application.
