AS BDS is a spectacular System the System should be standard with Coil Overs. After a period of time the standard Front suspension with start to sag and get a beet sloppy. Also as far as putting 37” tires on the truck, they will fit but with off raiding the tire rub will be constant. Great looking truck

Cut off crash bars and a programmer ? Does this truck have a warranty any more ? You had me going on not cutting corners till I saw how crooked those crash bar ends were left.
Great walk around video and the new perspective from the drone camera definitely adds to the cinematic professionalism of your work. And great recommendation for the AMP step if I can't find a truck with the tailgate step option. My suggestion for a name for this series of truck is TC Customs 376 black edition. 376 for the massive 37s and 6 for the useful 6" lift. P.s. love those fuel wheels too. Would look great on a race red TC customs 376 edition.

I’m not sure what the certification laws are down in Alabama, but in Ontario (Canada) that truck would not pass safety since you cut out the crash beams that surround the front wheels. Makes it impossible to fit 37s with those in the way...you can just barely stuff 35s on a 4” lift with a 0-offset wheel.
Trust me from my disappointing experience. A nitto ridge grappler 37 inch is 35 inch because she their tires run 2 inches smaller! I took off my 35 inch tires because I just had to have the top of the line tires and lost 2 inches of my truck using the same 35 inch tires. This is how I found out they run small.
I feel like I am looking at the TC Marauder - Night Watch edition. Marauder as a nod to the high performance Mercury Marauder (keeping the name in the corporate family). Night Watch since this is the all black edition. Build the same truck in different color combinations, and you can name those editions appropriately.
Question on the tire fitting... To fit the 37's, did you need that style front bumper or would the stock still work without trimming? I currently have a 2020 with a 6" lift with 35x12.5x20 Nitto's Of course now I want fit 37's
Do you still have the front crash bars? I have a 2019 with a 6"lift and 35s. The tires kept rubbing on hard turns. I had to remove the front crash bars. But I'd watch for the rear crash bars as well if you go with 37s.

Yep, knew it...$2k more for full 6" coil overs, that's fine. Rear bumper looked weird until I seen it was a bed step..D- on fit and finish. The speedo being off is very minor compared to all the torque lost from 37s and 3.73s. You will need lower gears than Ford offers at 4.10 to get the torque back. What's bad about buying a custom truck like this is it will only book as a XL 4x4 so you should include all the stock parts it started with if someone wants to trade it in down the road. It would hold it's value if it was a Shelby or Roush F150 so unless you have a special Vin number...just sayin. I like what you are trying to offer customers as a turn key custom truck but all these mods can be done by the owners for so much less money. Liked the video though!!!
Glad you liked the video! When a customer trades this into our dealership, we recognize the cost of the conversion and we adjust the value accordingly.

Since it will never see off road, probably won't break an axle...But you would almost CERTAINLY need a re-gear.

There’s no doubt you would take care of customers who bought from you. What I’ve experienced trying to trade a Tuscany F150 is most lots go by vin.
