    By Sophia Lee
This is the second video of my first apartment series and it's all about how much to save before moving into your first apartment!
Click here for a first apartment packing list: bysophialee.com/first-apartme...
Here are the Dave Ramsey books that I read (but really his free podcasts were SUPER helpful):
-The Complete Guide To Money: amzn.to/37Ws0z8
-The Total Money Makeover (I read this one too but I think for just learning about money the book above would be best...this book is more about paying off debt): amzn.to/35S9aH0
Moving into your first apartment can be a really overwhelming process. There were SO many questions I had when moving into my first apartment. From how much I can afford on my first apartment, what utilities I would have, how to set up internet, how much do I need to save for apartment essentials, and so on.
I want you to be prepared with everything you need to make your first apartment a home. Everything from the first apartment essentials you can't forget, to moving tips and hacks, I'm here to give you alll the information no one else is talking about! Since I didn't have someone to ask when I was moving into my first apartment, I thought it would be really helpful to guide you through some first apartment questions and just give you real life advice on exactly what I'm doing.
Hope you enjoy the second video of my First Apartment Series!!

This is super helpful. As far as savings if you can: Apartment savings (at least 6 months rent), Emergency fund (at least $2500) and what I did I created a separate furniture savings and picked out my dream furniture, not saying I would get those pieces but at least I had an idea of how much the things I wanted would really cost.
