- Interested in selling your old car and are located within the Washington DMV area msg me at Vehiclehunterz@gmail.com Installing tires on a scooter is simple. The ruckus makes it more simple with no plastic to get out of the way.
Great insight for the rear tire. Thank you so much! For the people complaining about the tire removal from the rim. There are several other videos explaining the procedure so go cry somewhere else.
Thanks for showing this. I got a nail in the rear tire. Took it to a place to see if they would plug it but they refused and said straight away I need a new tire. Wrong answer. Thanks for your video. Now I can do it myself.
No problem, im glad you are saving some money. Bike shops are overly expensive these days.
You that that stupid extension off and it might be easier to break to nuts free for the tire
Rear wheel socket size is 22mm
Thank you 🙏
The point of the vid was a tire change, then when you go to change the tire you say you wrestled with it and skip to it being off the rim. How stupid.
Make your own video then d!ckhead.
Way too much work and equipment. Pay them the $60-80. It’ll save you lots of time.
Are they tubeless tires? Do you recommend filling up with slime tire sealant? 😊 thanks
no
@@wkinsno they are not tubeless???
@@chayo9548 Tire sealant isn't a good idea. It's not necessary and most shops will charge a cleaning fee to change tires with sealant in them.
Thank you for sharing this. Have a recommendation for where to buy a quality set of tires for the Ruckus? Also, did you sell it? If so, how much did you profit?
Socket size for everything but the 1 needed to take off the what?......
Does the scooter tires need balancing ? I’m putting on new tires next week.
I can go 45mph. I would think at that speed, I would need to balance them.
Did you ever end up balancing yours? I think mine need to be balanced as the front almost bounces around 30 mph
I had a motorcycle shop mount them. So yes. They were balanced.
My top speed is about 40mph. On a clam day.
On a windy day about 35mph.
I wish Honda would import the modern scooter. Disk brakes.
150cc motor. Digital display.
@@J6273387 yeah I tried my local motorcycle shops and none of them could do it I guess. I’m going to try it myself, but I’m considering getting the dubs beads instead
What was the socket size you used to remove rear tire?
HeftyJoe 22mm
first
What was the torque spec for the rear nut?
