Me and my wife love to watch you both, we travel to Japan fairly often, our favorite place... We do hope to visit Argentina one day, she does have friends there... Follower for years now
I am so glad that the most beautiful couple has returned to Argentina. Guys, no offense, but clearly your father is missing, who could only judge wines and barbecues in sophisticated manners. Agree, he has no equal here.😘
You and the fam are most welcome to come and visit! We're so looking forward to having a place to host friends soon. Maybe a pit stop on one of your Patagonia expeditions!
Guys. That's quebracho wood. No need to protect it from the rain. However, I would consider myself to consume another kind of wood. Check with the locals. Quebracho's woods are ancient we have to protect them.
Great to see that you made it back to Argentina safe and sound and the house is STILL THERE ! Sam you look pretty fabulous with long hair, you do with it what you want but it's looks awesome.
Loved the foxes at the other rental, but great that you found one that is so close to your property! Looking forward to the progress and also more travels!
We have emigrated 42 years ago from Buenos Aires to Brisbane , Australia . Love your videos !!as we renovated several homes and built rural cabins ...we enjoyed the next generation doing big projects.
Good to see you back. Sorry you had to go thru so much to get to Argentina. Cute white dog follower. Town is cute. I bet all the critters were happy to see you back on the property.
You got there when we left. We went to visit family. Love your videos. Thanks for sharing this amazing experience. We are of your dad’s age and we love listening to his complaints because we know exactly how he feels. Every time we go there we keep saying, “ I can’t believe they do this or that” even though we were born there. And we still LOVE going home, after being gone for 40 years. We love the crazy culture of late “everything”, los asados, las factura, el flan and more. Good luck! Oh, where did you get your Factura, Satellites etc, shirt? I get so frustrated that I can’t find anything in Spanish there. Let me know if you can.
Me encanta!
Yeeesss, my favorite time of year is back! Samuel and Audrey's property renovation season in the Cordoba countryside! 😆I'm so excited to see what you guys have in store for us, welcome back to this, your other homeland ❤ P.S.: Pao de Queijo is what we in Argentina (and Paraguay, originally) call chipa.
Well done on your Japan series focusing on visiting the secondary and tertiary sites - the lesser known and more budget friendly locations ! Back to work in the FALL and WINTER season in Argentina . Hopefully , you'll find some good help on those projects that require them . I believe Audrey's dad was little disappointed in some of the "finished product" which had to be reworked by you guys.
I’m glad you guys are back in Argentina. As you’ll probably have noticed construction materials have gotten a lot more expensive. I bought a toilet six months ago for $100 USD and it’s now being sold for $300. Bricks were 20 cents and are now 1.20 USD. 😬
So nice to see you guys back in Argentina. Hope you well. Cordoba has long been on our bucket list to visit. We hope to be there to visit cousins who live in Buenos Aires Harriet asks will you go shorter Sam? And Audrey , will your dad be coming to Cordoba to help with the Build ? Hope you guys are doing ok. Sending you lots of love❤ Harriet, Jim and Yuki
Audrey's back in Argentina and so is her charming yellow cap :) it reminds me of the Phrygian cap featured on the Argentinian coat of arms, but that one's red, so we'll have to instill Audrey's yellow cap with different symbolism; let it stand for the yellow sun featured on the flag of Argentina! Looking forward to new videos!
Yes, he'll be flying down to Argentina in just a few more weeks. He's doing a longer stint this time, so we're excited about everything we can get done together.
The food prices are lower in Argentina than Canada, especially when it comes to fresh produce. When it comes to tools, the local brands are always going to be more affordable than the foreign brands. As for building materials, some things are cheaper here while others are more expensive. It's just a matter of browsing and adapting based on cost.
What is the feeling on the streets? Is it looking promising? The new President makes me want to move there and invest in Argentina. Because of him, I think we will make our first visit to Argentina this Fall. We are looking forward to it.
Hi Sam. That’s so funny that you commented on your hair. I’ve been thinking for a while that I wanted to say something. Since you brought it up! Definitely you need a haircut. And maybe a modern shorter style. You are a handsome man and it would compliment your features. One more thing. I don’t want to be too blunt. The beard and mustache really needs to be trimmed.
Thanks for the warning. Thankfully, because of the altitude and cooler climate we hardly have any mosquitoes around here. But we've hear it's been quite the ordeal in the cities!
I used to watch you guys all the time and only recently started watching you again. I really like Sam's hair longerish before or after the trim. I like the hat he was wearing last episode. I remember ehen you guys were on Vancouver Island (with dad) and sam was dressed ok but had an awful baseball hat that didnt go with his whole ensemble. Stay away from baseball hats. They always look awful.
I love your videos. I am leaving Costa Rica, tomorrow heading to Buenos Aires and then Mendoza l can hardly wait to see Argentina for the first time.
That's awesome! Wishing you a wonderful trip to Argentina. Raising a glass of Malbec your way! 😊🍷🍇

I use that type of wood for my Santa Maria bbq to make the cook Argentine style and taste. I order it from Miami. Great taste with the meat.
I’ve been to Argentina, before. Patagonia,,iguazu and Buenos airez.
Guys, you need to buy a shopping trolley for your grocery runs! :D P.S. Amazing job on the property so far!
Hope we can stay at your place one day

Consider you will hang a while down there, maybe you should get a fuel electricity generator. Be sure is strong enough to use the pumps.
The hair looks good. Lots of work there

It's always great to watch you people travelling and exploring new destinations.😊
Thank you, Rohan! We look forward to sharing some new-to-us destinations while we're in Argentina.
I am waiting for Papi Daniel to come down and take care of some business!
He's coming soon! You'll be seeing him on the channel shortly.
Is that town a bit like Gramado in Brazil. It looks really prosperous!
It does! It was founded by German settlers, so it has that strong influence in the food, culture and architecture.
Have you considered asking for volunteers to help with your Cordoba project? A few people might have the skills to help.
How did the local store prices compare to what you might have spend on similar in Canada?
The food prices are lower in Argentina than Canada, especially when it comes to fresh produce. When it comes to tools, the local brands are always going to be more affordable than the foreign brands. As for building materials, some things are cheaper here while others are more expensive. It's just a matter of browsing and adapting based on cost.
@@samuelandaudrey How are the quality of the tools? I've heard there are a lot of less-than-ideal Chinese tools in South America. Hope I'm wrong!
What is the feeling on the streets? Is it looking promising? The new President makes me want to move there and invest in Argentina. Because of him, I think we will make our first visit to Argentina this Fall. We are looking forward to it.

Muchas gracias, Edgardo. Saludos!
I was hoping you'd shave all the hair off 😂
Glad you guys made it back to Argentina safely!
Hi! Take care of mosquitos!
Thanks for the warning. Thankfully, because of the altitude and cooler climate we hardly have any mosquitoes around here. But we've hear it's been quite the ordeal in the cities!
Nice footage. Thanks for sharing but please please cut Sam’s hair short!! Long hair does not suit him. 😳At least a ponytail.
