As I was recovering from open heart surgery seven years ago, all my energy centers were wide open. I had a vivid dream that my mother, a devoted Christian during her life, invited me to a lecture on the Trinity. She told me I would like it. She smiled at me and said I wasn't supposed to be there, but she would sneak me in. The experience of the Trinity in the lecture she snuck me in to felt like what I just experienced in this yoga nidra. It transcended religion, and opened a window into the sacred architecture of creation. My mind, heart and soul are rejoicing in the afterglow of this sacred journey.

Wow Joe, What a profound and beautiful experience of the layers of synchronicity you’ve encountered. The way the sacred geometry of the Trinity revealed itself to you, transcending boundaries of religion and connecting to the universal architecture of creation, speaks to the mystery and depth that lives beyond our ordinary perceptions.
The subtle realms of dream space and yoga nidra intertwining in such moments are reminders that there’s always a current of divine presence and wisdom guiding us-often in unexpected and sacred ways.
Thank you for sharing your heart . 🙏✨

Deeply grateful for your guided awareness into the heart of Being-tangible and elusive dancing together pointing the way back and into Self. Would love a meditation linking brain heart and belly as the belly for me can stay distant disconnected from source yet so expressive of my hidden tensions and worries. Blessed Be.

The various stages of this yoga nidra reflects Tanis’s deep understanding of many aspects of spirituality. She’s synthesized these understandings into an amazing composition that guides the listener deep into their consciousness. I loved the heart-brain synchronization and I had some meaningful images appearing showing me I was connecting on a deeper level. Thank you for taking the time, and energy to create and share such a beautiful guided experience of loving kindness

I was just recommending you to my brother who has a daughter whose MS symptoms are reoccurring. I told him you must refer her to Tanis F for an amazing meditation practice. There are a lot of them available on TH-cam but Tanis is a master of creating and holding such grace & space that it amplifies the field. This new yoga nigra you created feels like a perfect energetic fit for her healing journey! Bless you, as always for your creations.

Interesting...reading the comments I never heard a background noise! All I can say is wow! This was the most awesome meditation / connection/ elevation I have ever experienced. It pulled together so much of the training that I have been doing over the years. I love feeling rivers of energy and the cosmos flowing. And the visualizations were so potent. And having a point to know where my soul is! Just great. Thank you 🙏🏾

I can’t believe it’s been three years since I have done a yoga nidra untill recently . I am back after a long battle with anxiety, and a death in the family. I should have stuck with my practice but instead I gave up all my practices until about a month ago. It feels good to be back. I look forward to finding a new one on your Chanel every now and then. I’ve tried dozens of different yoga nidras but I still like yours the best. Keep them coming 🙏☦️👍 Thank you

As a Yoga Nidra teacher and practitioner, I have a question about this specific offering. While I found it to be a beautiful meditation, the rotation of consciousness jumped around rather than following the Cortical Homunculus map. I am very interested in why you designed this specific offering in this way? I personally did not go as deep with this offering as I have with your other offerings which seem to follow the teachings of Swami Satyananda Saraswati and found this interesting...especially with the amazing comments here. I hope to get your take on this, and am coming from a place of curiosity and openness to learn. Your choice of language and vocal expression is very safe and loving and I refer my students who want online practices to your website! I also loved the interview on your website sharing your story of how you came to this practice, dharma!
    Thank you in advance.

    • @tanisfishman-SchoolofSankalpa
      @tanisfishman-SchoolofSankalpa  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Hi Alicia, thank you for your genuine inquiry. There are a few different circuits that are considered the 'rotation of consciousness' technique. The Satyananda tradition follows the somatosensory cortex loop that begins at the right thumb etc. More specifically this circuit follows the motor cortex route which results in deep physical relaxation and physical reconnection to body. So to notice in your experience that you didn't go as physically deep is great awareness.
The 61 points, known as shavayatra, that I guided in this practice touch more specifically on the marma points, energetic nerve clusters/junctions.
I chose to use this circuit because I wanted to focus on the energy-rich areas of the body and give the option to people to put in their sankalpa or a mantra or a high vibrational form (object) into these richly dense energy points.
An even deeper practice during this stage would be to linger in each point for long enough that the mere act of refined focus activates the energy to higher frequencies. So through focus alone, you are raising your bodies frequency to higher states of health.
This is a very advanced practice.
But there are different circuits for different intentions. Great awareness to know that the somatic loop resulted in a deepening of the physical relaxation.
I wanted to touch more energetically in this nidra, and perhaps keep more people awake as the other rotation often leads quickly to sleep.
      Thanks for you inquiry.

@@tanisfishman-SchoolofSankalpa wonderful explanation, and I was leaning towards this so I am happy I was on the right track. Thank you for taking the time to explain and for your continued gifted offerings. As a Yoga teacher it can be hard to be the student of certain practices, so I am glad that I found you years ago to guide my personal Nidra practice.

Beautiful YN, I look forward to your YN, and how they evolve. This one felt very different, and I look forward to experiencing many times to continue to see where it takes me. I had trouble visualizing the silver cords and how they connected the trinity, I usually don’t have a problem with visualization. Can you suggest any other ways to visualize or approach making this connection? I also had no problem with the background noise. Thank you again for this amazing YN.
