If someone asked me who my favorite character in LOST is I would have no idea how to answer. Every single character is so deeply detailed and emotionally captivating. The first time I ever cried from watching a TV show was when Jin decided to die with Sun in the submarine. The use of symbolism and props in LOST is unmatched. LOST is the only show that developed every character into a main character. Jack, Sawyer, Kate, John, Hugo, Sayid, Jin, Sun, Charlie, Claire, Desmond, Ben, Boone, Shannon, Juliet, Michael, Walt, Richard and even smaller ones like Mr. Eko, Ana Lucia, Daniel, Miles, Charlotte, Frank, Rose, Bernard, Danielle and Christian Shepard are all brilliantly important to the overall story. Jacob and the man in black are pure mystery as well. Brilliant edit. Brilliant channel!
A show that influenced me in ways I never expected. It has taught me so many invaluable life lessons I carry 'till this day and I will cherish this show for as long as I live.
What can i say about "LOST"? It's undoubtedly one of the best series I have ever watched. It cannot be classified into one particular genre, it's a sci fi psychological mystery survival horror action thriller series and much more. The series is so influential and I believe something like this can not be repeated again (or it's not that easy). The best part about the series is it narration, it's non linear but at no point do we feel confused or uncomfortable, when the twist in the plot unravels slowly, it just gives us kicks after kicks really intriguing us to know what's next. The technical department, the music, cinematography, sound design everything is top notch. I loved the performance by every actor, we empathize towards each and every one of the main characters (the writing is so so beautiful) , That's a memory I wanted to recall and needed to always remember, and you achieve that perfectly, Great work of yours...keep it up 🤍✨
I am rewatching it now. It’s amazing how the central theme of the show was already exposed in the pilot episodes. For years we wondered what the mysterious island was about. It was already been explained when Locke introduced to Watt the game of backgammon.
Could you explain it to me because I have watched the show three times, I absolutely love the characters but I don’t think I really understand the theme. I felt like the plot went off the rails but I kept watching because I loved the characters so much.
@@lucybarrington4634I personally think the plot is pretty consistent. It's about how everyone on the island has both trauma and potential inside of them - "dark" and "light" in a way, but it's not as simple as that. One of the core messages of the show is accepting who you are and letting your pains and your ghosts go to be the person who you want to be, who you truly are. There's a battle of "science" (choosing where your life goes) and "fate" (what your life means) in the show also positioned as polar opposites, when it's eventually revealed to be one and the same. We control our own destinies, but because the characters are so unique and authentic and have a clear way of being, it's not easy for them. The same way it isn't easy for real people. The show itself goes through a lot of different storylines to highlight these themes - as well as incorporating more worldly themes of time and space - and challenges the characters again and again to make mistakes, to learn from them, and to try again. Some end in success. Some end in failure. But either way, the things they did and the lives they meant were meaningful and their legacy lived on by the islanders who survived them. The characters are hypocritical and contradictory because humans naturally are; the plot twists and turns and not every mystery is answered because the world is naturally like that - a mystery. But what really matters is the relationships they formed with each other. And in the same way, what matters is the relationships we form together. Lost is a stunning reflection of reality in a mystical science fiction island survivor show lens; and despite its occasional "wait wha moments, after many rewatches the messaging gets more and more consistent to me each time :)

Shit this just made me cry! I’ve rewatched the whole show with a friend a couple months ago and I had a blast! It’s so well written and beautifully acted and done! An amazing show!
Oh man what a show, makes me wanna watch it again. It’s the only show that made me question everything, cry and feel sick when it was over. My parents speaks about lost since I’m a child and I got to watch it first with them later, I liked it a lot but I was too young to understand how great it was. So last year, 18yo, 6 years after the first watch I gave it another try and I was amazed. The mysteries, the atmosphere, the island, the characters, everything. I love this show so much and I’m pissed that so many people don’t want to watch it just because it’s « too old » or they heard that « the ending is bad » so they don’t wanna give it a try, to everyone that didn’t watched LOST, give it a try, you maybe won’t like it but just for what this show has done in the TV series history, you should watch it, if not entirely, just the pilot, or the S1 ! Thank you for this video !! Love from 🇫🇷

I've loved Lost for a long time, literally watched it through twelve times. There's something special about seeing these beautiful shots without context. Really helps me appreciate the beauty of the show

Lost had a lot devoted to it,from the breathtaking cinematography to the amount of love every role received by each individual actor was what made the show truly beautiful. Lost was never perfect but it was beautiful
Lost changed my life. I watched it years ago and liked it but you know it was a bit whatever. I was like 12 so probably a bit too young to really understand it. I rewatched it month ago after I lost my mom. It was not a good time, I was a fucking mess. Saw it on amazon and was like "yeah whatever I’ll put on an episode to help me sleep". And nope, I truly discovered how fucking amazing this show is. In a time where I couldn’t do anything except crying I suddenly found a passion for a show. I would just spend my day watching the episodes, amazed by the quality of the plot, the characterization, the cinematography, the music… it made me forget how garbage my life was and helped me… moving on.
Just finished watching it a few days ago, and i can't believe that i waited so long to watch this masterpiece. No other tv show made me this sad after finishing it. Definitely rewatching it after a few months. This theme is the saddest theme i have ever heard in any movie/show. Everytime i watch the Desmond and Penny scene from The Constant (season 4 episode 5) i can't hold my tears back. No other tv show has made me as attached to its characters as Lost 😭. Honestly, I can spend hours explaining why Lost is such a great show and it still wouldn't be enough.
There are many beautiful tv shows on streaming platforms and on television, but very few can teach you life lessions. Lost does it. My favourite one since forever 🥰
Thank you for this. Lost is my favorite show, and you did a fantastic job of capturing its beauty. You chose some great shots, although this show really is loaded with awesome cinematography.
Like any other tv series in existence, an ending to it can be extremely difficult to achieve and bound to stir controversy. Lost is no exception to this and its last season i remembered caused an upheavel. But i thought it was perfectly done and wrapped up nicely for a show that extends for 6 seasons(if i remember correctly). To this day i can confidently say that this show is the best mystery show in television history
Truly one of the best shows of all time. I don't care what anyone says about the ending... It was still beautifully done. I'm actually going through it again right now, and it's still just as enjoyable as it was 20 years ago.

I've watched through the entire series 4 times and plan to many more times. Happy 20th anniversary to LOST. Thank you for brining such an unforgettable cinematic experience to many of us.
Lost had so many characters..and they all had extremely well written development..WHAT A SHOW!..i dont know why people hate the ending I kinda linked it
I agree, it didn’t leave me feeling like it was all for nothing. Lost introduced a lot of sci fi elements but the story always still maintained a sense of realism. So I thought the ending was fitting. How else could they do it? Anything else might have been ridiculous.
"Not worthy"? Not necessarily! I can imagine other "leaders" watching over the Island between the time Jacob grew up and the passengers of 815 arrived! How old do you think Jacob is if he has been on the Island since before the Egyptians came and built the statue and temple? Not to mention, he knows dozens of languages. He's got to be 2 or 3 thousand years old. All those names ... I bet there are many more stories that could be told.
Haha! Amazing! I was waiting from a year when you made a list of shows that you make video of it , and finally the day come. Thank youu! It's great!! I liked choice of music and portraying the human emotions of characters from Lost. Thank you again! Keep it up!!

My favourite TV series of all time. Just watching this video and listening to the soundtrack brings tears to my eyes and I'm a 36 year old guy. I've watched through the entire series 4 times and plan to many more times. Happy 20th anniversary to LOST. Thank you for brining such an unforgettable cinematic experience to many of us.
never cried so many times while watching a show, from joy and from sadness. This is such a masterpiece
Wild that this was all released on network television. When you compare it to its peers, its unmatched.
L'île n'en aura jamais fini avec nous. Bravo à toi pour avoir réussi à mettre en valeur sa beauté, sa magie et son âme 🌴
Merci à toi 🙏🏻
It's crazy rewatching the show and they get to the episode with the cave you realize that everyone that wasn't "worthy" died and was crossed off.
Thank you for this edit💚
after completion of lost,i searched for any videos but found none.Thank you very much for your time and effort
The best show ever created. No discussion. ❤️❤️❤️
Haha! Amazing! I was waiting from a year when you made a list of shows that you make video of it , and finally the day come.
Thank youu! It's great!! I liked choice of music and portraying the human emotions of characters from Lost.
Thank you again! Keep it up!!
this TV show is a masterpiece !!
This was absolutely perfect.
nostalgia hitting me hard
Quand c’est sorti sur TF1 c’était l’été et on regardait avec mes parents pendant les vacances, le générique, l’histoire, la photographie, les personnages, que des mystères qui en ont fait une série exceptionnelle !!
LOST is nothing but a masterpiece
Nothing can ever get close to it. Thank you.
I really love your videos. The scenes out of context, when you are not invested in the plot, just shows the power and the meaning of the visualities. Thanks man, great work!
They'll never be another show like Lost. It changed everything for me & gave birth to a kind of storytelling I haven't experience since. Nothing will ever top this series!
One of the best serials ever. In my top 3. The series that has it all
Minha série favorita!
A minha também! As que chegaram mais perto até hoje são The Expanse, Person of Interest e Fringe. Mas LOST tem algo a mais...
Quel voyage cette série ! La musique de Michael Giacchino alalala ! LOST 🖤
My all time favorite show, say what you want about the ending but overall the show was top tier. Before the walking dead, before game of thrones there was LOST. #wehavetogoback
But to be fair it wasn’t just the ending that was bad. It was downhill from season 2 on
@@raymondsims7042nah, season 3 was great.
@@WiredLain_ some great moments but I wouldn’t say it was “great” overall
thank you SO much for this video 💚 it is beautiful and it captures perfectly the essence of the show 🥺
Thank you for this. LOST is so intense that still relevant. A masterpiece... Thank you!
Now, i'm waiting one video about The Expanse. Another beautiful show!
✈️🏝️ We have to go back...
For me, Lost isn't just a show, it's almost like a family. No other show has ever made me so attached to the characters. Lost isn't perfect, but I'm willing to overlook all the flaws.
Only show to ever make me cry :(
I would give a lot to live on that island.
this series feels like home
I have been waited this since 2 years
