“The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever. ” _ 1 John 2:17 seek first the kingdom of God, and God will give you everything that you need. Your eternal life will last much longer than anything you could get in this life.. “ And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” _ Matthew 6: 27_33 This might sound hard, but you don’t need a man/ woman, you need God, and God will give you everything that you need. A man/woman will love you for your physical look/ charisma/ money/ intelligence….. or all the temporary things to fill a void that THEY need and will only love you if you meet their needs, but God loves you for who you are, whatever you are and no matter what your past is. In fact, God doesn’t need you, you need Him, yet He loves you and cares for you. That’s what you need. Note: I’m not saying don’t get married, I’m just talking about obsession or even committing adultery and losing your soul for the opposite sex rather than following our father and creator.
Anna, I just wanted to thank you for making so many videos on this topic, I was brought up by my single dad and had no woman around me growing up, I went on to work in a male dominated job role and have recently switched career paths, I am now working prominently with woman and do not feel comfortable or fit in, your videos are very helpful in making me feel more comfortable in my own skin around both men and woman, I never realised how much I needed to embrace my feminine energy, or how much I wanted to make friends with woman. I feel these videos are helping me become softer and more aprochable - it's somthing I never knew I needed, Thank you from all the motherless girls who don't have woman around them to teach them these things 💙
Oh that's why they said I'm elegantly tomboyish 😂 I move like an elegant woman but dress masculine. To all the ladies!!! Be elegant! Being feminine is nothing to be ashamed about, just like being masculine is not something bad. Be you. ❤️
I agree, moving softly, picking up things gently, and your stance and the way you sit speaks volumes. I have gained weight in the last year and one of the things I've noticed is my walk and the way I sit is not as feminine as it used to be. My walk is not as graceful. I've started watching your videos and have become more conscientious of it. Women should always sit with their knees together and ankles crossed. I was at a football game recently, and as hard as it was , I made a conscious effort to sit that way the entire game..it made me feel more like a lady.
I'm guilty with fast body movements..in our culture that is agood impressions to be fast as a woman but no more fast body movement for me I'm done here ..thank u for sharing these tips with us lady Anna
As someone who grew up with a mom who hated kids, I found this video quite helpful. I have always felt awkward or too tom-boyish because my dad and uncles pretty much raised me. 🙂
Maybe it doesn't have to do with the vídeo, but Anna's videos are helping or saving me from my depression and anxiety because of her way of being, the soothing way she talks, and of course, Learning how to be a lady gives me a purpose in life. Thank You Anna 💕
I am glad you are getting better. One day at a time. I love Anna because she teaches confidence and poise. When I am depressed and anxious I have zero confidence. I don't stand up straight, I don't use easy movements, etc. By using these techniques I have been able to ease myself into a far more confident, graceful and strong yet feminine woman. And that kind of person is not as bothered. I appreciate Anna so much.
I'm working on that, too. Some days it works, but some days it doesn’t. A lot of Anna's tips work well for moms, especially simplifying your wardrobe. I find that choosing an outfit and getting it ready the night before always helps me feel more prepared and less rushed the next morning. Also, taking a few minutes to plan out my time each week, so I know what I need to do when. Some weeks I don't take that time to prepare and those are the times when I feel like a frantic mess! Being deliberate with your time and energy makes a huge difference.
Organisation is key. And routines. To allow yourself the time to spend on yourself. Also, practically, you can't move like a minx at every task. Cleaning house, move fast. Grocery shopping, move purposefully. Ordering morning coffee: get your minx on lol.
Except the Anna Bey Pose, all those things are things I do naturaly without even thinking. I've made gym and GRS for years when I was a child, I also wore a corset for my scoliosis some years, and I think all of this created my posture and my way of moving. Sometimes unknown people ask me if I'm a dancer, a ballarina or ex-ballarina 😂 never done dance in my life, it's kinda funny. And flatering of course
Thank you Anna, this video has been super helpful for me! After watching this, I've been trying to move softer and slower. Normally I move very fast, and sharp. When I started to slow down, I noticed my mind is also calmed down. Also, I noticed that others listen to me better. I have a stressful job, but I noticed in the last 2 days, I accomplished more, even though I did everything slower.
Thank you Anna for changing me a lot. Since I Find your TH-cam channel, my life becomes better. I know my standards and set boundaries, especially on choosing men. ❤️
Greetings, Miss Anna. I'm 19 from the Philippines. And I can absolutely say that I'm watching your videos as much as possible to improve myself. Thank you so much.💓 This video will also help me a lot.
I think it has a lot to do with personality. As someone naturally shy, people usually call me delicate. I was cooking with my friends one day and they said: do it faster, you're too delicate. I was like: it's my way of doing things, I can't change that. I could have felt bad about it, but it's just the way I am. So I don't think someone who is more extroverted can be as "delicate" as someone like me. And it's okay, I will never be faster or have that "power and strenght" look. I'm just me. I love to be delicate. I love to be feminine. And someone who is not, should love to be extravagant because we need people like that too
I’m always amazed at the AMOUNT of interesting & excellent advice Anna continually finds to share with us ! 😯 One of these days I will actually start using these tips, but for now I’ll keep watching & sharing just because I love Anna! 😍 Wishing beautiful Anna & her Elegant followers a WONDERFUL week ! ✨💖🤗💖✨
Wonderful advice Anna! As a posture and feminine embodiment coach I really love how you highlight these topics because our movement and posture have a great influence on our elegance. Women with great posture definitely stand out and look confident.
I am obsessed with your videos... i didn't realize how i wasn't elevating myself doing certain things, even little things. I am learning a lot from you.
Posture is something that I have to really pay attention to. I developed a large bust during high school and it made me very self conscious, so I tended to slouch and try to hide. Over time it became a habit, but I work hard to be mindful of it because it definitely makes a difference.
Thank you for sharing , I'm not 30 years old but i do want to feel and move more feminine at 61 years old. everything you pointed out is 💯% correct ! I need to get back on track ! 🥴
Femininity and elegance know no age! My aunt was the most elegant person I ever met, and that's while she's over 70. Sadly I only got to meet her few times only, but she truly left a big impact on me!

I'm not sure if you will see my comment, but I really appreciate the videos you make. I want to learn how to improve my social skills and become a better person. When she said to grab things slower and more delicate 😆 I met my boyfriend as I was savagely pulling a carpet from a rack of the department store while struggling and probably looking really crazy 😜 he approached me and I was surprised 🙀 . I even tried to ignore him and carried my giant rug to my car like a full on lumber jack 😆 still he asked for my number ..

💕 Anna, thank you so much for these tips! Just in the past year I stubbed 2 toes and broke them both (months apart), I pulled back a fingernail and off the nail bed by like 2mm, and I always have bruises and scratches on my arms and legs. I blame all of this on my clumsiness. But I'm always in a frantic rush and my movements in general are harsh and abrupt. I will try to be more calm and gentle, and hopefully overcome my clumsiness. Or at the very least avoid much painful injuries. 💕
Good point! I'm terribly clumsy, too, usually because I'm in a hurry. We must learn to take a breath, slow down, and move more thoughtfully and gracefully like Anna! 🤗❤

Thank you for demonstrating how you could look so different *just by hanging your hair on each side of your face.* It still looked good but honestly changed so many aspects of your face and neck, *it changed what I would think of you.* Not bad or good, just different and *much more pedestrian.* I could pontificate on any issues/aspects but in all -- Anna after the many years I have been following you, you still continually offer up *on point sensuality tips* without it ever looking vulgar.
Thank you Anna, I do some of these naturally but I'm grateful for the reminders and the new ones as I embody more of my organic femininity and elegance 🙏🌹
Hi Anna , I'm so thankful off all your videos. My mother tried to raised me as an elegant girl since I was little. My teenage years was a little twist. And the I reach my 30's I go back to dress up in an appropriate way. I'm happy of all your ideas and workshops.
Anna, you’re so funny and smart. Now that my son is a teen, I’m ready to become more elegant and stop rushing around like a rocket.🤣 thank you for the tips!
Love these tips! And elegance and femininity doesn't have to mean being old-fashioned or conservative or oppressed, it can just mean being kinder and gentler and respectable. seek first the kingdom of God, and God will give you everything that you need.
But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”
_ Matthew 6: 27_33
This might sound hard, but you don’t need a man/ woman, you need God, and God will give you everything that you need.
Be you. ❤️
I'm the opposite. Dress feminine but act masculine. 😅
I am kinda the opposite v:
m also a tomboy
oh i love this 😍
I agree, moving softly, picking up things gently, and your stance and the way you sit speaks volumes.
It's so insanely flattering to show off the neck! You will get a lot of looks just for being this level confident.
Bonjour Anna, Bonjour Ladies ! Always a pleasure and a pure moment ... I wish you a really nice sunday to all of you !!!
I'm guilty with fast body movements..in our culture that is agood impressions to be fast as a woman but no more fast body movement for me I'm done here ..thank u for sharing these tips with us lady Anna
This blue based red suits you so well. Probably the best colour I've seen you in as well as blue.
Thank you for sharing that. Hope you are continuing to do well.
When you said an elegant lady is never rushed I thought of a video I need. How to be an elegant mom.
Impossible I think! Unless you have a nanny...
Interesting. And why are you telling this to the world? 😂
@@Politbarometer because it can help other people. not you, of course.
@Glorious Aron That's the most unnecessary thing you can say here.
*flattering
Thank you Anna, this video has been super helpful for me! After watching this, I've been trying to move softer and slower. Normally I move very fast, and sharp. When I started to slow down, I noticed my mind is also calmed down. Also, I noticed that others listen to me better. I have a stressful job, but I noticed in the last 2 days, I accomplished more, even though I did everything slower.
Thank you Anna for changing me a lot. Since I Find your TH-cam channel, my life becomes better. I know my standards and set boundaries, especially on choosing men. ❤️
Yes💖💖💓💓
Yes that's great you do that, too many people won't set boundaries and it makes me sad 🥺
I participated in several beauty pageants, the rules in this video were our daily routine.
Greetings, Miss Anna. I'm 19 from the Philippines. And I can absolutely say that I'm watching your videos as much as possible to improve myself. Thank you so much.💓 This video will also help me a lot.
Same 🇵🇭
Hello po😅🇵🇭
Hello my dear elegant kababayans...good to see you here...
@@InnerPeaceFindings dami pala natin gusto maging classy 👌

Anna, your sense of humor is everything! I love your content of course, but the fact that you have such sense of humor makes it even better 😍👏🌹
I luvvv how you blend in humor and explain why to do things. A great way to practice picking up things is when grocery shopping.
And someone who is not, should love to be extravagant because we need people like that too
Same.., sometimes ppl misjudge u for being to delicate when we move bcoz were shy yknow.
I’m always amazed at the AMOUNT of interesting & excellent advice Anna continually finds to share with us ! 😯 One of these days I will actually start using these tips, but for now I’ll keep watching & sharing just because I love Anna! 😍
Wishing beautiful Anna & her Elegant followers a WONDERFUL week ! ✨💖🤗💖✨
Likw wise. Thank you!🌸🍃
Don’t wait to use them ! 😉💌
Hi
Wonderful advice Anna! As a posture and feminine embodiment coach I really love how you highlight these topics because our movement and posture have a great influence on our elegance. Women with great posture definitely stand out and look confident.
thanks for confirming !
My dear elegant Anna, thank you for another great lesson on classy, confident ways to improve ourselves.❤
I am obsessed with your videos... i didn't realize how i wasn't elevating myself doing certain things, even little things. I am learning a lot from you.
The right body language is so important, thank you so much, Anna!❤️
So true!
@@MariaChristinaBari Yeah!
Posture is something that I have to really pay attention to. I developed a large bust during high school and it made me very self conscious, so I tended to slouch and try to hide. Over time it became a habit, but I work hard to be mindful of it because it definitely makes a difference.
I’ve broken my back. No matter how hard I try, I will never have perfect posture.
Thank you for sharing , I'm not 30 years old but i do want to feel and move more feminine at 61 years old. everything you pointed out is
💯% correct !
I need to get back on track ! 🥴
Femininity and elegance know no age! My aunt was the most elegant person I ever met, and that's while she's over 70. Sadly I only got to meet her few times only, but she truly left a big impact on me!
Girrrrlll the "Anne Bay hairlook" has been my staple and my man is always saying you look so elegant. Yesssss its magic🥳✨ thank you Ms.Bay
Annaaa..pleasee making more about type of this subject..from attitude, manner, behavior, body language.. I'm always exited to learn this...thank you Anna for encouraging us to be a better version.. 💋💋💋
Been criticized for walking slowly and too calmly. It's refreshing to know that it's actually a very feminine trait😊.
This Dress is absolutely fantastic, Anna! You look amazing!
I love the fact that I am gentle and feminine.. I have always felt attracted to my own mannerisms and discovering you has indeed made it clear that feminity is actually attractive by nature. 🤣
This video with all the tips definitely makes it as one of my top 10 favourite videos from you and oh! Red is definitely your colour and you look so good with your hair on both sides. Love you, Anna!
I'm not sure if you will see my comment, but I really appreciate the videos you make. I want to learn how to improve my social skills and become a better person. While I know most of these skills already, there are some I never heard of before. I want to try and apply them as much as possible when out and about with people. Thank you so much for helping people like myself.
I love your videos that inspire women to be more feminine and classy. It enhances one and life. Long live femininity.🎉
Would love for you to do a meet and greet. Unfortunately none my friends are interested in this journey so It feels nice to see a community that is into this journey.
Anna you're topic is always interesting and I'm always looking forward every Sunday 🥰🤗🥳
I follow you for about two years and it was one of your best videos. Showing every thing in practical is the best method for teaching elegance.💕💕💕💕
It was fun talking to you ladies on the live chat. Anna should do more of this :) (You looked so different in the beige dress, in a good way of course). Great video as always!
I do this already; my grandma schooled me in it and I love to do it. Confidence is 90 percent, the rest follows.
Maybe you showed the neck 😆
Men have different types. Women can be all types if we want.
Anna, I fall in love with you everyday more and more, you are such an inspiration to me and I’m so glad I found you at a young age. Thanks so much for helping me become the woman I’m supposed to be
I just found your channel & I am just binge watching!!! as a 50 year old , you have absolutely opened my eyes to so many new ideas that is not just for fashion! Thank you so much for such wonderful content. I think you have such a unique and special channel! Keep up the great work!
Me too 💕
I grew up 1/2 in fostercare and 1/2 raised by a non-feminine woman.
Not by choice, but she was a hard worker and had a hard childhood and life as well.
Thanx for pointers.
This was amazing!!! 😍 Please make more videos on how to be feminine. I feel like we're so in need of direction. And also maybe a video explaining different feminine archetypes & how to embrace them. Thank you Anna! 💖💋
That red dress is amazing!!! (Thanks for the tips!)
Thank you for this French video, Anna Bey - so feminine, so relaxed and inspiring! I am eager to try to make these advices a daily routine, to implement them in my whole day (till now they have been only partly present in my behaviour...only when I haven't had any tasks, problems and so on).
Dear Anna🌿you're magnificent 💕you changed my life🌿i dressed up for a classy event and everyone had their eyes on me like who's that young lady. It was a lovely evening and i met quality nice people😁being soft, feminine and confidence definitely helps. Love you dear❤
Can we expect a podcast comeback this year, Anna? 🧡
PS - I live for your content 🤗😘
Anna that red dress looks absolutely gorgeous on you. This video taught me a lot. Thank you
"Many women has lost touch with their feminity these days." So true.
I have been doing all of these without knowing that they are elegant and feminine. Wow😄
I just must say that I love your humour, it makes me laugh.
In addition to your content, I am really loving the special effects that you have added to your recent videos! Thank you for the quality content, Anna!
Just dropping by to say, you look so stunning in the thumbnail! Looking forward to this video❤️❤️❤️

This video finished so fast!
I was really focused and enjoying this video.
Can't wait for the next upload.
💜I love your dress, Anna! Thank you for uploading your videos! My two kids are sick right now and this video is a “me time” moment 💁🏻♀️. I always look forward to our girl talks 😉
Just the other day I felt so bad because I am like this. Some women have made fun of me for my delicate nature but turns out it's positive 😇
Anna, I love you 💕. You are a genius !!!!!
I adore your sense of humor.
I learn, and improve. Thank you
I like being graceful and “feminine” because it makes me feel confident and I feel like that also attracts other women too (I’m bisexual and attracted to women mostly)
Love your humor, and your accent and way you speak! So elegant, yet fun! Loved all the tips, as an ex pro ballerina I feel it's important to be an example for my students now as a ballet teacher!❤
I just learned something.. I nod my head way too much without realizing it. This I will change for sure thanks for the tip👍
I’d love to learn how to speak like you, your voice is very confident, feminine, and elegant.
Haha, now I know why someone said my motion looks elegant. Because I'm a slow person. Finally I get to use it. xD
This dress and color is so pretty on you! As usual, amazing tips! Thank you Anna
Love these tips Anna! I am guilty of moving to FAST and see the value in slowing down! Love your signature pose! Thanks for all you share! XXoo Suzette in Sedona
Slower body movements for sure. This is such a simple, educational video! Wow. Anna Bey, thank you. ❤️
Thank you Anna, I do some of these naturally but I'm grateful for the reminders and the new ones as I embody more of my organic femininity and elegance 🙏🌹
Hi Anna I've noticed for the past many years that woman have lost their feminine side you wonder why ? Talk about it
So many people can disagree, but Anna Bey definitely bring out the best in you!
Hi Anna , I'm so thankful off all your videos. My mother tried to raised me as an elegant girl since I was little. My teenage years was a little twist. And the I reach my 30's I go back to dress up in an appropriate way. I'm happy of all your ideas and workshops.
Anna, you are looking so fit and stylish. You are getting more beautiful with time focusing on your health from the inside out!
Anna, you’re so funny and smart. Now that my son is a teen, I’m ready to become more elegant and stop rushing around like a rocket.🤣 thank you for the tips!
At this point I am just obsessed with your video, there is always something to learn.
Love these tips! And elegance and femininity doesn't have to mean being old-fashioned or conservative or oppressed, it can just mean being kinder and gentler and respectable. I could be wearing long checkered shirts and dark jewelry, but I smile and sit in a way that makes me seem approachable and gentle. Feminine ≠ regressive
