I'm so glad that Mark isn't afraid to address this issue. I've tried commenting on TH-cam many times about this issue and I get hit with hate speech violation and suspended for 24 hours from commenting. @@freyamccauley it is in one respect. To know the Lord is there and it is in His control is comforting . Also obedience to His word keeps you from making poor decisions that will keep you from the consequences. Examples are drunkenness leading to arrests , arguing and always having to be right resulting in a better marriage , not having a bad temper resulting in children that respect you .

Being obedient to God removes many problems, reduces many fears, brings the light into your life, opens doors of opportunities, and reduces your costs (sin is an expense, you shall pay the cost). Being disobedient to God creates deception, darkness, lost opportunities, anxiety, fears, and expenses: I once met a man who claimed that he just spent $600.00 having party time the night before; I was in awe, my bar beer is only $3.00 a bottle, and his beer comes with expensive bimbos. Live a much better life, become obedient to God.

@sorrowinchrist3387 hermaphrodites are an anomaly, and they don't typically have all of both sex systems. The vast majority of humans are born, completely male or female. Now that doesn't mean a man can't be more feminine or a woman can't be more masculine, it does mean no amount of surgery will magically get rid of the testosterone a boy grew up with. I guess that's why they are trying to sterilize kids at a younger and younger age. Get them before they realize what is happening, but before they can reproduce.
In "religion" they may get away with a lot of things, but, when they stand before God, good luck won't even save them...

Please pray for my son Phillip, age 38. A couple of years ago he decided he’s a girl. We raised him to know the Lord, but he turned his back on Jesus. This cam out of nowhere. We are still digesting this. He estranged himself from us 6 years ago for being Christian and republicans

First of all, the definition of a Christian is one who is walking out the Christ Life....not just one who is a baptized believer and church member. The disciples were first called Christians at Antioch, because the people could tell that they had been with Jesus. So, a nominal believer and church member can be trans which is a gross sexual sin because ones sexuality is sacred and anything that perverts it is gross sexual sin. Therefore, there are no gay, lesbian, bisexual, or trans Christians! And, what would Jesus say to those practicing such perversion....."I love you, and I forgive you....but stop doing what you are doing!"
What makes a Christian saved is laid out by Christ himself (and in 27 other places in the NT) in John 3:16. It's believing in Jesus Christ. Period. There are plenty of gay Christians. They have a massive burden of rocks to bear, if they are listening to their Christian conscience. There is a great difference between being that person, and carrying out the actions. And sin is sin -- sexual or otherwise -- There is none righteous, not even one. Romans 3:10.
Someone who has been regenerated by the Spirit of God and saved by His free grace will not be trans.

Why do we have to have a question like this? When humans play God, it's a mess. Downright rebellion against God. If there is a time when Jesus would come again, it would be like a time like this. Lk 17:26
The key to understanding this according to God is New Creation theology. A Christian identifies as the New Self, created according to God in true righteousness and holiness. It is theologically and pastorally impossible to affirm anyone who claims to be a Christian and at the same time identifies as something other than what God's word says they are regarding sexuality. Gay priests are beyond anathema.

I have a better question, can a trans or homosexual be a Christian?
I know a man who had a gay friend for many years who ended up dying unsaved. Even though my friend was a pastor. Sadly we put the sin first and forget that Christ died for our sins. All of them. So if someone is trans or gay or whatever letter they choose, or theyre confused on gender, theyre simply sinners. Just like the thieves and liars.
Didnt scripture tell us that when we believe on Jesus Christ as Lord that The Holy Spirit seals us with the seal of God and then gives us a new heart and new mind ? Then scripture says The Holy Spirit indwells that believer and He teaches the believer all things. He brings all things to the believers memory. He does. The Holy Spirit.
Let that sink in.
That man died unsaved because he was told he had to quit being homosexual to be saved. When in fact he needed to be saved by Gods grace so he could receive his new heart and new mind so he would feel and think differently now, through the Holy Spirit. Then he could be taught the truth by The Holy Spirit and then he could CHOOSE to repent and turn from his sin. That is a walk he has to have with The Lord. Its his walk.
Its our responsibility to share the good news (gospel) to the nations, and to make disciples. Its not our job to judge the unsaved, that is Gods job. We share the truth and the people can choose for themselves whether they want to accept or reject it.
The way i see it is that they cant change themselves to be saved but once theyre saved then God can definitely change them. But by focusing on certain specific sins like homosexuality then youre clearly missing the point. All are sinners and need salvation and theres only one Way, one Truth and one Life, Jesus Christ. And He paid for mankinds sin on the cross and we are saved by grace through faith, a gift from God, not our works, lest any man should boast.
Stopping something is a work too.
Gods gift of grace is freely given to Any sinner that believes on Jesus Christ as The Son of God.
By faith we are saved. No one can say, i was saved because i quit being homosexual. But you can say im no longer homosexual because I was saved by grace through faith. God gave me a new heart and mind and now I've repented and I turn from my lusts.
You see guys, that verse that they love to quote says no homosexual shall inherit the Kingdom of Heaven includes a list of every other kind of sinner included. Even all liars....
Theres only one way to inherit the Kingdom of heaven, thats belief on The Son. All others are judged according to their sins which is why theyre called such things as whoremongers and thieves and liars, is because theyre not believers in Jesus. We arent seen as our works we are seen as Jesus Christ's imputed righteousness. The adopted family of God.
Scripture says even if all our works go through the refiners fire and are burnt up as wood and stubble, and none come through as gold or silver , were still not kicked out of the kingdom.

REPENTANCE means "to turn away from", and also sexual sin is in a class of its own, because "No other sin affects the body like sexual sin" so no, it is not just classed as a sin. ALSO, sexual sin is listed among those who will not inherit the kingdom of God. Too much grace can also send a person to hell, if there is no repentance,there is no turning away from the sin, whatever it be.
