It's because they want to hate some people. If they hate people who are gay they should hate everyone in the world as they have said...that everyone sins. So by that logic, they should hate themselves...and they actually should hate themselves for the mean spiritedness they bring to the world. (For the record I don't think being gay is a sin. I don't even believe in sin. I think people can be cruel or kind, be peaceful or more violent, be more thoughtful or more fear-driven...but I don't believe in sin. The closest thing to sin I believe in is...cruelty. When someone is cruel, especially needlessly. Not to defend oneself against a predatory human, but to become a predatory human. So many Christians, in my books, are the most sinful because when they do and act in these ways...they cause much more suffering in this world. Gay neighbours holding hands? They are not causing anyone pain. The people who would persecute them are the most sinful people.)

*EDIT* SOME Christians are hypocritical like some of the ones in the video. by that, I mean they themselves have committed sin in their lives before, but they are judging LGBT people for their ‘sins’ and ‘sinful lifestyle.’ how does that make sense? if you’re not perfect yourself, who are you to criticize others? plus, LGBT people aren’t obligated to conform to any religious beliefs. they should be able to live their lives without religious people shoving religion down their throat. yes, I’m aware that these Christians probably had sex before marriage before they became Christian and that they know those actions are sinful. the problem is when you’re telling people that they’re invalid for their own lifestyles (THAT DOESN’T AFFECT YOU).

(A main point of being anti abortion is that it isn't just your body) Part if healing from rape is getting back to feeling like your body is your own and you have ownership of that. It is mentally, emotionally, and physically catastrophic amplified by pregnancy. Rape is not just bad sex. Do you understand the sucicide risk rape victims face even without it resulting in pregnancy? So YES, this is mind your own business, especially if you are Christian, Territory. It's easy to stand on a podium for a position you will never be in and oblivious to the fact that some may not be strong enough to stand on that podium because of the trauma they have suffered.

In my opinion, forcing a rape victim, to go through trauma, pain, and possible death makes us no better than the person who did it.
In all honesty, I feel like we underestimate or outright ignore how life risking going through with a pregnancy can be. There’s a possibility that going through with a pregnancy could result in both the deaths of the mother AND the offspring.
There are so many factors that is specific to every single case that we can’t just assign one answer and expect it to be the best or the most morally correct.
      …Just my two cents…

@@JadaRocitizensBuildz Look into biology, a fetus does not have consciousness. Also what happens for women who have miscarriages. Abortions happen across the animal kingdom titled the Bruce effect, so wake up to the fact that humans are not specially designed creatures, we are animals too.

racism (as you understand it) isn't real.
neither is homosexuality (as you understand it).
both are concepts developed in the 20th century. People understood these things differently (more correctly) prior to then.

I'll say that Christianity teaches a sense of truth, really powerfully. Also, children think very black and white and have very little experience, so they are going to push really hard and inconsiderately for something they understand very little. It's also a lot easier to destroy than to build, to condemn than to show the way, and I already said that when you're young you have little experience with which to show that way.
On the other hand, Christianity also teaches Humility and other Virtues which would make one less brash and inconsiderate. There are multiple forms of religiousness based on both your tendencies and considerations, and applying these virtues is much harder than not doing it, and I take it that she didn't take the time to develop them.
