This prefab house is a familiar floor plan with several added things that really set it off! The manufacturer for this house is Scotbilt Homes. The model for this home is the “Freedom 3276355fdm” This home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and has roughly 2,254 total square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! Nice layout but those floors , in my opinion, take away from the beauty of it. Nice laundry room and mud room and master shower. Thank you for another great tour. This model didn't make my list of favorites... but it would be a boring existence if we all liked the same thing. Thanks Chance
Agree the flooring is not attractive at all. But if you notice it’s in a lot of these homes.
I agree I think the pattern on the floor is way too busy for those large areas .. I can't imagine putting a few different patterns on curtains and furniture 🙈🙈🙈🙈 🤭

I like it! ❤️😀💸 I would just have to have a 2 car garage with a roof covered breezeway between the garage and house. And a cement screened in back porch.
The hallway is too narrow which will make it more of a hassle to get furniture into each bedroom. The section with the Butler's pantry, laundry room, and office needed more natural light coming in, some windows or skylights throughout that area would have been nice.
You were great showing us this one! I LOVED 👀 THIS ONE ! ABSOLUTELY LOVED! I want this one......I wouldn't mine moving here either! Lol 😆
I love the layout! I didn’t care for their flooring choices or sinks. Other than that it’s so nice. I’d love to have all that space.
Floorplan at 2:58. Definitely prefer this layout. Would trade laundry/door with current mudroom space so that laundry does less traveling. The halfback is perfect for location. Be tempted to have Dutch doors off the kitchen and mudroom. The kitchen lights over the bar are cool. The butler's pantry could be earranged to be both butler's pantry and food storage. Would put the laundry sink so I could have a view. Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 could easily have corner walk in closets and still be workable.
HATE the marriage line in the master room wall and ceiling. Seems that could have disguised with some clever trim/woodwork. Very nice floor plan overall.
Hi Chance, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this house with the White Cabinets and ALL of the floors that don't have any Carpets !!!
As I have stated in several other videos Carpets and using a vacuum cleaner really HURTS my spin. I also LOVE the Beams, the color of the countertops but the only thing that I would have Loved to seen would have been a Fire Place. Thank you for all you do for us and I do share with family and friends. PLEASE give Cullen a GREAT BIG HUG AND KISS from me and my little dog Toby, all 10 pounds of him. This is different. Love bedroom at the end instead of the side. The quartz panels in the shower, instead of tile, is fantastic. The extra space from the pantry back is a plus.

I have liked the similar house that you've toured. The big difference that puts this home above the rest is the feel. I felt at home with this design. It lives like I like.

Nice layout, but I'd have to request changes. Main thing is the narrow hallway. Thinking future wise, it looks like it wouldn't be wide enough if a wheelchair had to be utilized at some point. And that marriage line in the main bedroom would have to be creatively constructed on permanent foundation. A few other things but the overall layout/floor plan is great! Thanks for the tour Chance!

Only thing missing in this home is a wood burning fireplace.....love all the white and darks....
I have fallen in love with this kitchen and like how you can prep and cook and see I to the dining area at the same time. The porch area is lovely. I wasn't sure of the hall space between kitchen/living room, I felt it was wasted space. Otherwise this is a lovely family home. Thanks Chance. As far as this home: I really really loved the floor plan but I would have to have a fireplace and gas stove!!! Plus, the floors are too dark for my taste…. Again, great floor plan!!! Loved the two entrances off the porch!!

Beautiful layout on this home! Perfect size for my family! I really liked the kitchen, dining room, butlers pantry and utility room. Master bath and bedroom were pretty good size too.

I love to cook and I'm pretty good at it and I love the mini fridge,microwave and sink in the Butlers pantry in case the huge kitchen is crowded😎 I'd live to try the Andy Griffith thing on the porch with my guitar(it needs a swing)

I love the layout, and like the floors. I would just have to change the barn doors. Just over those. But love it, Chance, and Waycross, Ga. Is not that far away from me. Thank you for making it to Georgia.

I like the layout but the shiplap and floors have to go. In the butler pantry I would take out the small sink area and put more storage cupboards to the ceiling. Love the mud room and half bath.
Butlers pantry should be walk in pantry. Double kitchen sink. Living room needs fireplace or wood stove. Nice wood floors. Master bath needs lights above sinks. The side porch would be perfect for morning coffee.
I like this one. Thinking as a caregiver, the bathrooms are spacious. Not sure about the doorways and hall. I would change the butlers pantry with shelving. Like that there is room for a freezer.

The covered porch is great. There seems to be a lot of wasted space with the butler's pantry, I'm sure it could be reworked to be more efficient.

I don’t really like the narrow halls or the dark floors but overall it’s has some nice size bedroom and a nice layout

This is my favorite floor plan for sure, only thing I would love to see the manufacturer add is a closet by front door entry and a gas or wood burning fireplace in living room, not a fan of electric fireplace. But touring lulu Mae is one I always loved

Lovely home...the porch is great! Home reminds me of an old French country home! Very spacious!
I like the idea of the kitchen set off from the living room.and closer to dining room.
We’ve seen the four bedroom version of this before but, this one is the best. I like the layout of the kitchen better. Great butler’s pantry. Love the utility room and the way it’s open to the back of the home. Love that there aren’t floor to ceiling windows near the tub in the primary bathroom. Which the closet in the primary was a little bigger but, still love this floor plan.

This layout is like the one at Home Connections in Beulaville, NC...."The Southern Belle" I think that's the name for it..I love the layout of the kitchen, the butler pantry area and the porch.
That’s a lot of sinks to clean lol overall I love this home. Chance you gonna keep on I’m gonna have to sell my brick home and get me something like this. I wonder if I can convince my husband that I need a new home 😉

Need more upper cabinets in kitchen on both Sid’s of the stove and kitchen sink I like my cups and dishes behind a closed cabinet, lots of windows are nice but would like places to keep more dishes easy to get to.
Wow! The built in office space, mud-room area, and half bath would be great for someone who runs a small business from their home (something like a notary public or consulting service). Cozy house!!

This is actually a prep pantry. A butler's pantry is between the kitchen and the dinning room. It stores the serving pieces.

I am one of those people that love this floor plan but this model is absolutely amazing.!! It meets my 3 criteria; a large kitchen, master, and master bath. That's right I don't care about the comfort of my guests....just mine....lol!! Seriously though,, yes I do care about the comfort of my guests and the additional bedrooms deliver. BTW that kitchen pantry looks like it could hold as many Nabs as your little heart desires!!!
Really have been enjoying the variety of tours these last few videos. I keep sending the videos to my daughter... we are thinking of building next year... looking at at maybe a barndominium (spelling?) with 2 master suites, 2 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, and a shop / work area off one end. So big dreams! Getting a lot of ideas from all the tours you do.... kitchens, bathrooms, closets, PANTRIES, foyer or no, ... Thank you for your channel.

Hi Chance, I hope you & your family are doing well. Do you even remember me? I broke my back & shattered the vertebrae & I’m facing a surgery. I picked up something I shouldn’t have, & I really did a good job!!🤦♀️ I would appreciate all prayers for me & for peace of mind about this surgery. I don’t see Cullen anymore, did he quit his channel? This house was alright, but I personally didn’t care for the way all the bedrooms were crammed together. It’s really too big as for as heating & cooling it. I did like the area going to the utility room, & I like the sinks. This just isn’t one of my favorites. Take care of yourself & remember the Lord’s House tomorrow. Love & Prayers, Sister Pat 💗👏🙌

Love the layout !! Love the Master Bath !! If I was ordering this home, it would be all dry wall. The ship lap is very tacky, paint in the cracks etc., just cheapens the home. Love the Butler's Pantry, just looks out of place where it is, I would put cabinets there. Across from it, I would make that into a pantry. I love windows, but in the dining room, you need a wall for a China cabinet. I would always raise the roof pitch on any of them I would buy. Those low roof pitches just scream manufactured, mobile home, Trailer house. Seriously the low pitch roof has to go. As always, love the presentation. I always love your realistic approach. I've watched some and Oh my mercy me !!! I'll have to pm you, you will be rolling on the floor !!

More four bedrooms two bathrooms love it
I think they could have done away with the Butler's pantry and made the kitchen a little bigger. They also could have gotten rid of the tub and made a double walk in shower in the Master bath. And, a couple of those smaller bedrooms could ha e been converted into a family room. These are just my opinions.

I love it....but looking down that l-o-n-g hall I'm wondering how do you fit "adult size" furniture in or out of the home🤷🤔

I’m really late watching this one. I like the floor plan but don’t care for shiplap or barn doors. I guess I’m more traditional with my houses. I like to decorate them in different styles, but decorations can be changed much easier and cheaper than changing the house! 😊 Have a blessed day!

Not bad and the best price I've seen lately for what you get and the size as you stated. A few changes for me personally but a Top 5 contender for buying in today's market.
The only thing I don't like are the barn doors! But I would love pocket doors instead! ✌😁✌
I do like the kitchen/butler’s pantry/ laundry area. I don’t care for the hallway wall decor or shiplap on walls. I need an area to remove shoes and hang coats in the main entry, so this home would be a logistical nightmare unless you only use mudroom entry. I think I would extend the walk in closet in the master into the bedroom next to it. It’s workable , but the entryways would not work for me
I like the layout, and the fact it has no carpet. The only thing is too much shiplap. Great tour, and thanks.
