We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I ❤ this house. Just the right size to keep the utility bills at bay.
Its a very nice home with an old fashion style layout. The living room furniture looked like a retro 50s style. Very cute
I like the guest bath
I just realized that is a huge building! Your have enough space and homes there to have a small town! I like that porch and stairs. That could go with just about any house and maybe isn't as expensive as some of the others we have seen??? Immediately sense of noise relief when you shut the door. Must be a well insulated house! I hate double sinks as it is one more to clean (I would rather cook than clean LOL). I do love the storage in the hall bathroom. Interesting wood piece on the wall. It looks like it could possibly acommodate a wheelchair or a mom/dad helping with potty training. Nice sized spare bedrooms/sewing rooms. BTW I love it when it is late in the day and you are getting punchy! I didn't expect such a big master closet from the floor plan or the size of the spare rooms. As a mother I like having my kids close at night in case they got sick or the baby needed fed, etc.but I still remember as a mom hearing that gurgling sound a kid makes before they upchuck and scrambling to get there before everything is a mess. Doesn't make any difference to me at this point where the bedrooms are, but I am old.
Only 4 drawers in ther kitchen. I realize that they may be just a bit more expensive, but I don't understand why they use lower cabinets without drawers. I have lived in two homes where we remodeled the kitchen and I would have had to go out of my way to find lower cabinets without drawers in them. There are just some things you shouldn't skimp on and that is in a kitchen to keep it highly useful, unless of course you never cook at home. Those plastic lazy susans take up a lot of space and are basically useless as they are space hogs and take away so much storage space. I have been helping with cooking at home since I was in 4th grade, by the time I graduated HS I cooked the family meal on Thursadays without help and every Saturday I baked up a storm. One of my griefs with having such bad arthritis, is I can't cook much, but to me the kitchen is the most important room in the house.

I love that the master bedroom/bath is in the middle of the house, usually not the case.
Once again I don’t like the open living room it feels like it’s part of the kitchen. It should have another wall closing it in not crazy about the layout.
At first, I was a little thrown off with the entry. Then I realized the main walkway has no carpet, and then I loved it. My kids are older, but still...carpet drives me nuts. Very nice!! Thank you!!
I really like the layout of this house. There are so many cupboards that you really wouldn't need a pantry. Plus, I would put a full basement under it.
It would just be my husband and I, so I really love the master bedroom in the middle. The 2 back bedrooms would be a storage room and a craft room. The utility room is nice. Plus, it has enough room for a freezer!
I like the exterior colors as well.
We don't usually eat at the table so the island is perfect!
I'd remove all the carpet and add windows.

I like the bedrooms on one end. I appreciate the position of the master bedroom in relation to the other bedrooms. I had children that snuck out at night to raise Cain and mischief.

Not bad I absolutely love that the primary suite is not in the living room. The layout is not bad, I just don't like that there is no designated dining area. We have huge holiday dinners, so just eating at the island will not work for us!!!
I really love this one. Just as a great starter or for a small family.

Thanks for sharing. It’s a different layout. Front entry overhang detail was nice. Master closet was very nice. That’s all I got. Not a huge fan of this one.
I agree. Kitchen and LR seems to collide. I get a cheaper quality vibe out of this one
I'm into this one a lot! I do wish it had an area for a dinner table, as due to back injuries, stools of pretty much any type cause some issues for me. I could definitely work with this one, though, and at a decent "price." Thanks, Chance!
Nice home. I have a 960 sq ft modular cottage. Very nice home for the size. It looks larger than mine. I have a 3 bedroom 2bath and a dinning area, and a laundry closet.
Cute home. I would like if the front door was moved to where the small window is in the living room so that a dinette table could go in that spot.

I like the cabinet and counter top color.
I'm not feeling the layout of this home. I don't like the front door opening right at the kitchen area. I really like the kitchen. Nice guest bathroom. I prefer the master suite to be separate from the guest bedrooms. Great master closet, nice and big. Not impressed with the master bath, it looks smaller than the guest bathroom.

Totally agree! I don't like walking into the kitchen at all. I like a division between the living room and kitchen also.
I like this home! The layout and room sizes are good. Utility room is big enough for a freezer! Only thing I don’t like is the front door into the kitchen. Needs the entry to be separate. Also no room for a dining table.
I love the layout. Personally, I prefer a split plan.

I really like the layout of this place. I think it would make for a starter home for someone.
I really like this one. I like that it has black appliances instead of the stainless, which I hate. It’s kind of layed out like the old shot gun houses. I don’t know why they lay the floors front to back instead of side to side. It makes the hall look even longer. I’ve noticed they do that in all of the homes, I wish they’d change that.
It has the strips on the wall and that makes it look cheap

I didn’t mind this layout. It’s nicely priced for a doublewide. Not that much more than a decent single wide really. Would make a nice home for a family. With the master where it is your teenagers couldn’t sneak out at night very easily. 😂
WITH the Exception of the kitchen not having enough Drawers it's got good cabinet storage in the upper cabinet count. Just make Drawers over doors style cabinets and problem solved.

I know once you mentioned that an electric outlet had a USB port. I would love to know that when You see it in other homes.
So much I like about this place, some things, not so much. I'm still fussy about flooring but that's an easy fix... I also didn't like the door opening where it was..... And lastly, I don't like all the bedrooms at one end. Maybe when the kids are young it's handy, but if I have anyone staying over, I think everyone likes their space. I much prefer the main bedroom at the opposite end. As for what I like, that guest bathroom was quite impressive! You don't often see double sinks in there. Lots of cupboards, it was very nice. The main bedroom has a nice walk in closet..... The kitchen was also really nice... I might put a different sink in tho. Seeing the stainless steel just looks cheap. I would opt for something different. The front porch was a good size.... There really were a lot of things to like about this place, and the price was good for everything it has 😊
Would like to see what you see when you are at the front door before entering the home.

Not one of the nicer homes, but I could live in it and be comfortable. I’d have to make a few upgrades. I without a doubt like the front overhang, it’s a bit different. Thanks Chance
Who is the actual builder for this one and what is the model name/floor plan number?
The layout on this isn’t terrible but the fact you could upgrade to drywall over that interior paneling is nice to hear. But I’d prefer to see this in a HUD Modular instead of Mobile home.
Only other change would be making the hallway wider to a 36-40” wide hallway so it does not feel so cramped.
Cubicles/cubbies in the master bathroom need doors.

I really don't like my master bedroom to be so close to the kids or guests. I like a little privacy. To me the guest bath was bigger and nicer than the master, with the exception of the shower in the master and that needs to be tile. The only other thing I'd change would be the carpet. That looks horrible! I'd bring the wood flooring right on into the frontroom. It would make for a classier look. TR

I am so done with this open concept thing...I really get turned off by walking through the front door and everything is plastered in your face...I'm I the only one who likes walls and doors..
I get excited when on rare occasions one pops up that's separated..every room should have its own space...
I love a nice foyer...a nice spacious living room with perhaps a fireplace...a separate dining room...a nice spacious kitchen with different designs..as it is now everything is squashed together in one big area and it's the same design over and over..yes maybe there might be a big pantry or different color cabinets, but to me the builder is getting by cheaper and charging more...maybe it's just me..sorry had to get it off my chest..I still love your channel and still watch..always waiting for some changes...I do have to say they are making good progress with the single wides...sometimes I love those more than the expensive big ones...you do a great job on your channel and I have been following you since before your platinum blonde days..lol

For the first time ever you hemmed hawed, bs'd, & just irritated the heck out me so much - then 2 pop-ups of other videos came up too where I rewound twice looking for the fricking price - I just about had it this time.
