It's the Lula Mae minus the farmhouse look so much. I still love it. This is my favorite one by far. Wish it had one more bedroom though.

This is my favorite and my favorite. And I are frankstonto a tent to do something. We haven't seen anyone do yet, which is build that porch. We are gonna take out our spare bedroom walls. Pray, it works out.

I love the country charm in this unit. And that tub is so cute. Sinks are different from the norm. I can see this decorated with country decor and it would be to die for.

After watching numerous of your walk through videos, this is probably one of my top 5 of the ones I've seen. Love all the bedrooms on one end, also like how the kitchen is tucked away just a little rather than opening the front door and boom! there is the kitchen. My question...what's the ballpark price? Thanks for these videos. Hoping one day to put a manufactured home on my property.

I would have liked to have seen over the stove. Is it cabinet style enclosure or one of those metal industrial looking fans? Also can the master bath shower tile be replaced? I just cant handle that smeared messed up grout look. Could a person leave out the built ins and feature wall in the livingrooom? I'd also want either granite or quartz countertops. Are there options for that? I realize it's more expensive but that's what I'd want. Other than the changes I've mentioned, I like it

I really like the living room colors. I prefer darker and earthy colors as opposed to the all or mostly white colors.
I am supposing that someone can order this home will the air vents in the ceiling considering the vaulted roof?
Minus the air unit in the utility room would make a nice closet if someone ordered an outside Package Heat/Air Unit.

I'm sad that I don't see many manufactured homes that offer some type of a foyer a that offers a little privacy when someone walks in the door
Am I am surprised by the number of videos that nobody bothers to mention anything about pricing maybe how much various upgrades cost they think they're going to force people to come into the dealership but more people would come to the dealership of more information was provided.

Love it, that window by the bathtub will have to be tinted.
Within the next year, I'm going to be looking to build, or a worldwide, fine by me, but whatever I have, has to be totally wheelchair accessible. Do y'all make anything like that?

Prettier with Hickory Cabinets, and a few Painted up top for an accent. All thru House!
Tooooo much carpet. Other than that it’s beautiful.
I love it but all of those browns would have to go.... I’m a grey and white girl and I’d need a bigger dining room.

Why not give at least a estimated price? That is aggravating and a waste of time. Even give a high price then maybe make a better deal on the lot. I think if dealers would do this, you would be known as a dealer that is real and save both parties time. Thanks for considering

This is a nice home but it looks like it emulates the Lula Mae home. I was hoping to see a little different layout.
Yes, it is somewhat modeled after the Lula Mae, however it does have several features the Lula Mae doesn't.

Now it appears that if you want price, that some kind of 'engage' is gonna have to take place. Figure out what it takes if you're that interested and talk to the man. I'm looking for one that has master bed at one end and guest at the other end.

Hey, unfortunately we don't have any homes out that way. You might could find a dealer over your way that carries some of these same homes.
I like this better than the Lulamae.
Add prices! I get why you don't but could put a estimated price it will help customers have idea. Possibility or Unatanable. This would keep from wasting your time and theirs. No price it will get avoided, people don't like having to call or contact a sales person that acts like it's a mystery. Some of you act like politicians when it comes to answering a questions.
Big freaking window by the tub again, I hate that. Also I've noticed there's no medicine cabnits in the bathrooms. Not good, need them.

Jenny McDermitt i’m glad I’m not the only one that was a little annoyed by the smoke detectors. He should’ve went in and took them batteries out or add a new batteries before he started this video.
Yep it's annoying. I've been listening to my neighbors smoke detectors beep for the past 2 years. I don't know how they live like that.

holy hell, WAY too much camera movement. Good Lord. Should have long steady shots, movements kept to an absolute minimum. This looks like you have it attached to your head. Damn bro... Super hard to get a good idea of what it even looks like. It's never in one place without movement.
