Kind of sad to be at the last Terrace home. They were all so unique! On to the next 😊 Floor Plan and State availability: timothyplivingston.com/2-bedroom-small-house-design-the-retreat
Great video Tim, I do have to shake my head for a minute, 235K for a 2 bed 2 bath? and it does not even have craftsman like features??!! And it is just for the home only. Not including how much it takes to install on a plot of land.....and have them build the optional unfinished basement. I may be on a island.....but that's a little eye raising. I know mobile and modular homes are getting attention, and prime increased to 7% but 235k.....for that? its a hard pill to swallow. No, slight on your video. Again great job, but wow the price is a little out there for that home for others that I have seen on your vids and others. It could be that this company are using higher materials....but it seems a little steep.
Jonathan, a lot of these include site prep, but I feel you. Even the size alone no matter the build type is pricey. Got so use to those cheap prices lol 😭
This would be a great home for a single person or couples vacation home. I prefer nicer finishes with tile flooring and cottage style doors. A nice floor plan overall. 😊
I would extend the cabinets to the ceiling. Add an island to the kitchen where you could eat and use the dining area for extended living. Add a basement. It would be great.
How fun would it be to have that area that should have stairs on it actually have stairs under the floor that you showed ? When you push a button, the floor would lift up like it does at the Munster's house and you go down to the basement that's as big as the house above. Two more bedrooms, a media room and a snack bar area. 👍
Timothy, thanks for another cool video of a house. Unfortunately I think the manufacturer of this house didn't think too much about overall safety with this house considering the two entrance/exits being so close to one another. To me, looking at this design it's definitely more like a getaway home on some property in the woods or something vs a main home. But that's just my opinion.
This one is terrific, Timothy! A few changes would be: losing the slider as a front door, taking out the pony wall and somehow having a rear exit. Thanks for sharing these smaller homes that lend themselves to senior downsizing while having more space and versatility than “tiny homes”❣️
I am a minimalist. The more square a home is the more square footage inside you get for the materials cost. Can’t always design square but if you can, and cost is an issue, square is the way to go.
Absolutely A Gorgeous living Room and Entrance into the house..The windows are immaculate and elongated and y.. IM loving the size of the kitchen.. Perfectly Designed..The bedrooms are all great size.. I'm loving the whole house and the design..The sitting room as the master bedroom is absolutely Spectacular...😊🌞🌻🌼☀️😀
Adorable. The deck makes it though. Would definitely paint, not fan of trim color. And would add crown molding. Don't know why they didn't take that kitchen counter to the end of the wall.
OK this just blew my mind. I love this! Only a couple small changes I'd make (Trust me a couple things is wonderful cause I've been picking apart homes for years trying to find what I need.) FIRST I'd knock down that divider wall (I don't do basements). IF that isnt a pantry I'd make it be one. The laundry I would extend so I could have a freezer in there aswell as actual laundry room and I'd put a storage shelf floor to celling in there for linens and supplies. Later down the line (I'm thinking this would be my forever home) I would opt for a shower/tub combo in the master bath and also change out the one in the guest bath (I want one with more built in shelves). *(I'm also adding a reply under this to give my idea if you keep the basement option).
IF you keep the basement option you could make a "Sitting room" where the living room is just a nice small place to have 3-4 people sit and then put your actual tv/living room in a finished basement. You could also put your laundry room down there so that frees up the space upstairs to have a huge pantry/storage area (With freezer cause there would then be plenty of room for it). 😑 Just heard the price for this place.... nope. Hard pass.
WOW It Is Gorgeous😀turn the front(master) bedroom into an office and make the front porch a Large Rap A Round Porch to the side dining room door unless you get a garage👍
Hello thimoty This is a nice home i love the kitchen i onley wish it whas a white kitchen but this one is Nice to What a amazing deck outside i love the living room this home is a nice size for two people thank you for showing us this amazing home thimoty take care stay safe and God bless you and your family Anja
Lovely, but the wire shelves don't cut it. You should present an option for wooden. I have a manufacturered home since 2004, never thought I'd own one. I hate, hate, hate wire shelves-!!!
Great tour, very nice house ! With a porch that nice and big I think you need a BYOB sign at the stairs. Perfect porch to have a neighborhood barbecue.
Very pretty little house, but has the layout of an apartment, which looks a bit odd to me. The entrance shown looks like a back entrance. There is a side door within a few feet of the patio entrance--to a driveway, maybe? There is no back door, which would be a safety issue for me. (What if the fire is in the front room?). A jack-and-jill bathroom would suffice in a smaller house--more plumbing, more money. I would love a house this size, but would definitely tweak the layout. 🤔
Typically we hit the warmer states in the winter so probably need to make a trip that way. I’ve done New Mexico but not Arizona. I will see what we can come up with for a trip that way 😊
No wall space for a freezer. Quarter million for something so chopped up and dinky? No. 11x10 master suite? Seriously? That bathroom is almost the size if the master bedroom. And all that glass in Wisconsin? You ever been there in Late August? I have. It’s in low 40s in the summertime, much less what a winter temp is.
Dude! Omgosh. Ok the views don't come home with us. The aroma is an air freshener and MOST IMPORTANT corner counters suck. Corner cabinets really suck hard...like a vacuumthat wont work. I recommend: Don't play those up sir. You're doing the opposite of helping the seller when you do.
Kind of sad to be at the last Terrace home. They were all so unique! On to the next 😊

This would be a gorgeous summer cottage! Built on a slab, knock out that pony wall to expand the living room and add a wrap around patio. Perfect!

Yep
Yep
No way I would pay that for that tiny thing
@@Wannakatana2112 that is the reality of the world we live in now
$260,000 for a 1000 square foot modular house, that's insane who the hell would they that
This would be a great home for a single person or couples vacation home. I prefer nicer finishes with tile flooring and cottage style doors. A nice floor plan overall. 😊
Ilove this house so much!! As a retired lady I don't need huge!
I would extend the cabinets to the ceiling. Add an island to the kitchen where you could eat and use the dining area for extended living. Add a basement. It would be great.
This is super cute! It would be perfect for a lake/mountain/beach vacation home!
A compact design
so awesome and fine
I wish it were mine. Good afternoon, friends! 🤪
That is an adorable home. I like smaller spaces. However as others have said, that price is ridiculous lol

😂 that would be cool! At that point I would care what it looked like I’d want it lol
Very creative!

I would replace the laundry room window with a door exiting out the back.
I like small size with a few tweaks. I would definitely remove that partition wall and enlarge the living area.
Floorplan at 2:36.
Be tempted to put the side door by the stairs instead. Have a fireplace opposite...

A really cute smaller home. This looks like it would be great for a lake house. Nice size master closet. Great home...
I'd say remove the separating wall and put just a nice fencing in
This would be perfect for an AirBnB setup. Very tidy layout.
Thats what I was thinking too Alexis! Simple and easy

$$$$$$. LOL 😆 😂 🤣 😅

Would have it on a basement.

Cute little house, but I'm not thrilled with the sliding doors. Thanks Timothy!

I love the layout! Very versatile design,
Hi Tim, Jen,and boys. This house is nice but not my favorite. Is designed nicely. Furnishings are great in this home. Have a blessed week!
A great house for one.
Really like this one!
Love the home for a retired couple!!!
This home would be perfect for me.
It's all about materials, you use to construct it. Just a compartmentalized mobile home still contractor grade materials
would make a cool lakefront cabin.
Hi Timothy this is a beautiful 2x2 house love the layout but the price 😔 it's a bit expensive . Peace and blessings 👸🏾 hi Jen and the guys
Change that sliding glas door to a regular door and a large window.
Love this house! $250k provided us with some sticker shock, I must say...
it was a cute home ...liked the tour
I love it!

OK i am convinced that these builders are taking advantage. No way that home is that much.
A Super Nice Small Home, I would added a Closed in Shower in the Master bathroom But still Awesome 😻😎👊😎👊👍
Love the house Timothy. I was wondering if you ever tour any homes in Southern Arizona?
Typically we hit the warmer states in the winter so probably need to make a trip that way. I’ve done New Mexico but not Arizona. I will see what we can come up with for a trip that way 😊
Superbe maison 🏠
What the hell?the front door is a sliding door.
Plenty of room. The house we own right now is 900sq ft.

$200k..... Absolutely not!
Wish they cost a little less. They look nice though.
I love it but what is that cherry smell.
must be the over used air freshener
Hi where is this located?
Does anyone else think this is way over priced? Does it include a couple acres of land?
To high for the size luckily if u get 60
It just to expensive , I’m rethinking back to owner builder,
Nice but a bit small.
Coulf it look any cheaper. !!!!!
2👍
Hilariously ridiculously overpriced. I give you credit for keeping a straight face, I guess. But I am definitely gonna block this channel.
It's not his houses. He's just showing floor plans. He has no say over the price, why would you block him lol
Not a fan of the color of the inside. Yuck. It's dark and depressing

Nope
No thank you. Looks old already. Reminds me of the 70s.
Too old fashioned
Funky floor plan, dead spaces.
