awhile back, did a large hula hoop (lost my good sense ) . Took much time cuz when motivation faded had to put up. Finally pulled up my big boy pants and it is done. I like to add organic items from outdoor, so added small bird nest, stones, twigs, leaves, etc. Still working embellishments...is coming along. Don"t really know why this came over, not going to do another in awhile. Used a great assortment of yarns.
I like the round weaving. The hardest part for me is the warping. It's very tedious and takes too long be a use I just want to get into the project. Your color choices are so fall likened it's great!
Haha, YES! I feel that, the warping is slooooow, BUT at least there's a bit less finishing since it gets to stay in the hoop! And thank you, I looooove these colours!
Really enjoy your posts. I am interested in doing a round weaving. Couldn't find the information on what knots you used. Also would you do a tutorial on how to incorporate a round weave into a large rectangle or square woven hanging?
This is THE BEST circular weaving that I've seen on TH-cam. It's gorgeous
