    Disconnect Sway Bars. Air Down and get some proper armor is you’re gonna continue with the trails. Otherwise it looks good bud.

      Up travel, inner c gussets on front axle and truss for the axles along with stronger gears and shafts. 38’s is def a stress on stock rubi axles.

    Mike, Did you air down the tires any? It appears you were running at street pressure. You should at least at down to 18 psi in rocky areas like that. Even without beadlock wheels, you should be ok at that pressure. You’ll be amazed at how much more traction you have plus it will ride smoother Offroad.

    • @brianstj3872
      @brianstj3872 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      I run 12psi and haven’t blown a bead and the ride is so much smoother when you air down

  • @jcshobbiesandrecreation5873

    Was out in Moab a few months back. Running 37in Patagonia's at 15psi. No beadlocks and no slipping.
    Couple of suggestions. Air down to around 18-20psi. Unlock the front sway bar, stop straddling the rocks. You want to put the tire on the rocks so you're not dragging the underside and getting hung up.
    Finally, this one is hard to hear but.... Get a spotter that knows what they are doing before you put that thing on it's roof. Bobby isn't cutting it. This was basic stuff. With the right pressures and the sway bar unlocked it would have walked up that almost on it's own in 4LO.

    • @jerrybizzle22
      @jerrybizzle22 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Him straddling those rocks made me hurt for his diffs. Put the tire on the rock! Excellent start, but like previously mentioned push that sway bar disconnect button and air down.

    If you air down, not only will you get a more comfortable ride but also gain more traction due to more contact patch. And disconnecting sway bar will help comfort level since it lets the suspension cycle freely, also makes it less likely to lift a tire. Nicely done though.
