I did some mild off-road with a chrysler minivan . The biggest thing was to maintain momentum but I do see the potential for damage so definitely on a mild build or 2wd cars I would highly recommend the buddy system

Love this series with Pipi! I know we talk allot of trash about manual stalls, but stalling is just part of wheeling with a manual. With that said, the 8 speed auto in my '24 jl sport s has proven to be amazing both on and off road. My only performance mod (so far) had been my toyo open country at trail tires (255/80/17 or 33/10) which are worlds better than the Nexen rodian atx (245/75/17) which came stock. Planning on keeping "Dusty" as close to stock as possible. Love the challenge of near stock wheeling.

It does a fantastic job of showing just how capable our Jeep Wrangler's are in stock configuration, and that I don't have to wait until I put a lift and bigger tires on my 2012 JKU and 2018 JLU Sahara's to have some real fun wheeling them. AWESOME VIDEO! TRUE AWESOMENESS! Gives me hope that I can have fun jeeping with my ‘21 WILLYS because -as you show here and in your preceding video- there’s an affordable option for a sway bar disconnect. I’ve been pretty concerned about this issue because I can’t do an expensive option and everything I do to my WILLYS I have to do myself. So, from the wholeness of my heart, I thank y’all for this awesome video. As a side note, watching Pippy (hope I’m spelling the name correctly) crawl all over that earth was SOOOO FUN! Your white jeep handled the terrain with ease and grace and it’s an impressive, gorgeous jeep. For me though, I enjoyed watching Pippy master the landscape’s challenges more. I was riveted! Especially on that waterfall/rockfall! WOW WEE! The Rubicon sway bar disconnect you installed is amazing. Thank you for following up on your installation of the Rubicon sway bar disconnect to show us how it worked out when crawling around the earth over there in Nevada. Y’all are amazing.

It's good to see that you did clear the obstacles and it was a manual; which I drive in my JLU Unlimited. I started with Jeeps with my new '75 CJ5 here in Arizona, 304 v8 with a three speed manual. At the time the 10.5" Tru Trac Rhinos were the deal.
My suggestion for manuals with front sway bar disconnects and lockers, is carry just a very small amount of speed or "smash" as we used to say in the Air Force. This compensates for the reaction factor and inertial feedback through the drive train through the obstacle. This helps save your clutch, but you need to develop the feel for the particular obstacle; more is not necessarily better. Glad to see you adapted a manual transmission---theft protection device for millenials! Thanks! "Snydes"

One that really amazes me are those stock tires, and how well they hold up on the rocks. In my experience, even sharp gravel usually tears them up or pictures through the tread.
