Corrections: -The most powerful car from the czech republic is the Innotech Aspiron RSC 800, producing 800 HP
-Slovakia Was Forgotten, and the most powerful car from there is the Engler F.F. Superquad, producing 1100 HP
-Considering your inclusion of the Laraki Epitome, i'll include the Donirosset Amoritz GT from Brazil, Producing 1007 HP
I am not sure if Aspiron could be considered and if it even still exists. The Praga is probably better representative.
And the Engler is not a car, it is a quadbike (which only makes it more mental)

Here in austria we have ALOT of rules for modifying and tuning cars. literally 80% of what americans can do to their cars would be considered illegal here in austria. Which is what makes the X-Bows even more special. They are some of the wildest creations you can come up with and yet it's 100% road legal.

We can’t even do 10% in India ,Any exterior modifications which changes cars dynamics is illegal like adding a spoiler ,body Kit ,lowering or increasing High ,upgrading wheel size are all illegal. Yes you can do anything interior and under the hood but can’t change emission notes and tinting windows.

I mean, over here in Argentina we have an all-time classic: the IKA - Renault Torino, best known as simply Torino. It can only make it up to 215 HP but it's quite the OG car here. Originally, the body comes from a Rambler American and it was produced since 1966 all the way to 1981 (almost 1982). Nowadays, this car is used in a national racing series, an argentinian classic called TC , wich stands for Turismo Carretera. These are race-modded old classics, and are not that powerful though, but they are true classics: Ford Falcon, Chevrolet Chevy, Dodge GTX, a very recent entry wich is the Camry, and obviously the Torino. Definetely check it out, it's worth it i guess lol

And because back in time Ukraine was highly affected by Russia (a lot of stolen stuff, like that dance , it is not even a full dance, it is a part of national dance "gopak"), Ukrainian people stoped in trying to make it, as a Ukrainian I can confirm that a lot of stuff that was supposed to be Ukrainian only , was affected by Russia, like KrAZ truck that was supposed to have 800hp, and impressive off road capabilities, and ZAZ cars. They are very lowtech engines,
Pushrod is inferior in every way but cost to make, and retool an engine manufacturing plant and If you want more power, more efficiency, more torque, higher RPM, more valves (for more efficiency and higher RPM) the pushrod is a weak link.
@Sami Parkkonen Pushrods can also be a lot smaller for the same power output as any DOHC, because the camshaft is located in the block and not the head. Sure, they aren’t high-tech, but they work well.
correction: ok they can’t make as much power as ANY DOHC, but they can be powerful if built properly.

In Finland we have a "car company" called Toroidion. They have 1 car model called 1MW Concept and it is fully electric and makes 1341 hp. Good power but IMO kinda ugly. I guess only 1 was ever made.

The Koenigsegg is a “Gemera” (translates to “give more”), not a “Gemara”. And the 1.6 liter “Tiny Friendly Giant” produces “only” ~600 hp. The rest is electric.

Poland has a supercar called the Arrinera Hussarya that makes about 500 hp and the most powerfull mass production car from Poland was the FSO Polonez 2.0 that made around 150 hp.

Edit - I searched the car on web and found that the car was unveiled in October 2021 but there is whatsoever no hype about this car just some news articles and major automotive channels have also not covered this car.
The mentioned vehicle is a theoretical concept that exist as computer rendering. Although Vazirani has a physical model supercar called Shul gran turismo, but its a non functional design study.
6:39 side note: some articles and a bit information that I got from a few people that are working in VINFAST said that the 6.2 V8 was believed to be source from GM, so I think it probably a LT1 more than the LS. And it make more sense that the President and the Corvette C7 Stingray make the same number of horsepower as well.
They bought a lot of resources from GM Holden after it closed down, so it would make more sense for it to be a GM Engine than a HEMI

I'm an Vietnamese and I can confirmed that it has a 6.2L LT1 V8 and an 455hp output, although the claimed top speed of 186 mph/ 300km/h is still uncertain
you forgot the Philippines, they have a cheap sportscar called aurelio that is said to reach 650hp and up, the construction of the body of this car is also impressive because what they made really looks like a sportscar

Indonesia used to have a good car company: Timor, with tech transfer from Kia (yes that Kia). The best selling one is the S515i, with iirc 1.5 liter engine making around 90 hp.
Edit: we used to have a full taxi fleet of these. They were cheap and easy to maintain back in the day. Not anymore because Timor folded during the early 2000's power transfer.

Portugal had a car company called UMM, they were known for making durable 4x4 utility vehicles.
UMM participated in the Paris-Dakar somewhat in the 80s and the Dakar Version has a V6 that sounds really good
In Portugal we also have Adamastor. It makes a track car called P003RL that can be homologated (therefore a roadcar) and the most powerful variant is a 529PS 3.5L V6.

Minor corrections to this.
The IKA Torino is a car that was produced from 1966 to 1981 (some units were patented up to 1982) in Argentina by IKA (Industrias Kaiser Argentina).
It raced in the 1969's 84 hours of Nürburgring and did finish 4th due to penalties but it was the car which did the most laps.
The most powerful version was called Torino 380w TC which had 250 HP but it was a racing only version. The next most powerful was the Torino GS 200 which had 215 hp. The most powerful versions of these engines were 3.8 liters Inline 6 with 3 double Weber 45/45ml carburetors and overhead camshaft.
It's a big shame it wasn't mentioned in the video as this car does deserve more international recognition, It was a great car and with a beautiful design made by Pininfarina himself commissioned by the great Fangio!
If people want to see the first one, it's called "IKA Torino 380w" and you can search for the Nürburgring version by just looking up "IKA Torino 380w Nürburgring"
It's a great piece of engineering with a great story behind it, similar to the "Ford vs Ferrari" movie.

La misión Argentina was in 1969, and the Torino finished first overall in the 84hs of Nurburgring with the most laps taken but as you said, due to a problem with a light they didn't count the last laps as a penalty. A Torino it's basically a rambler redesigned by Pininfarina, it's worthy of an up to speed if you ask me, it's really beautiful and pretty fast for it's time, the Torino GS200 was the most powerful variant, with a modified tornado engine with 215hp and capable of doing over 120mph

You forgot one car from Norway that even has more horsepower than the Buddy! The Troll car, it was powered by a 663 cm3 two sylinder two stroke engine with Bosch direct injection and made 30 HP. There were only made like 4 of them between 1956-1958. There is rumors saying it exists 3 more, but it isn’t for sure.

You guys forgot about New Zealand, the Mclaren M6GT, designed after from the Mclaren Can Am cars, it was powered by a 5.7L Chevy V8 pushing about 380hp and could do about 265km/h, although it wasn’t very powerful, it could still haul ass for a lightweight 70’s sports car. It was basically a roofed road legal version of the Mclaren M8D. The same car that killed Bruce Mclaren.

I am Egyptian and this is the first time i hear about this company. Here is a real Egyptian car company called "Al Nasr - النصر" they used to make a version of fiat cars. They stopped producing cars long ago but they made a contract with dongfeng to produce the E70 under the Al Nasr name.
Props to everyone who remembered the Adamastor P003RL (that could have a 280HP or 300HP engine), that at the time was missed out on the video.
Now, the work in progress on the brand's website has ended, with the release of the new Adamastor Furia, having an engine capable of producing 650HP!

Yes the Brabham is very impressive, no questions. amazing car, however. Before Holden died Walknshaw kicked out their W557 package with 737 hp and 930 nm of torque from a supercharged LSA V8. A 4 door Holden sedan being more powerful than an F12 or Aventador. That's also very impressive.

The Puma GT Luminari is a concept car that has never been produced. The Brazilian most powerful car is the Megastar Emme Lotus 422T. It's a large Fiberglass made sedan that was powered with a Turbocharged 2.2 inline 4 from Lotus Esprit that made 264hp and reached 273km/h.

Slovenia has a neat hypercar. Its called Tushek. Their latest model is the TS900 Apex. it makes 1351hp and has 1343kg (2960lb) so it has a 1:1 power to weight ratio. It makes some downforce aswell and it looks pretty neat
One small thing I'd like to point out is that in Slovenia there is a car called the Tushek TS 900 Apex, which makes 1400 horsepower.
