The boys at Grind Hard Plumbing built some of the coolest, insane power-to-weight (and often small) vehicles on TH-cam and they test drive or ride these creations to an inch of their life too.
Would love to see Gingium being featured in the next, similarly themed D-list! He is not as over the top as other creators, but that is exactly what I like most about him! The current mid-engine swapped Mitsubishi, is precisely crafted with the help of a racecar engineer from a brand we are not supposed to know…. Cherry on top is that he will give the car away when it is finished! Too bad it is US only :/ Still, amazing down-to-earth guy, talented fabricator and genuine TH-camr!
Giguim is unnecessarily slept on, super talented guy. He also made a Subaru Drive train and engine swapped miata that has a custom tube chassis. The builds are cool, but they are accentuated by the fact he was just a guy making gaming yt videos only a few years ago.
I was looking for this… its not even just the 4 rotor i love the three rotor and the fc that hes been building. Overall he shares a ton of information and is very transparent in doing so.
I have a suggestion : The 1000Tipla (milletipla in French) It's basically a fiat multipla swapped with a corvette chassis and engine, rocket bunny custom bodykit (yes, built by the god of Japanese tuners), and 1000 horsepower, build by the channel Vilebrequin. It is still in kinda early stages, they just got the bodykit and the chassis is done, all they gotta do is the interior, engine, colors and what more. Anyway I hope you see this and include them in some of your videos someday :)
Proud to say also ..I was a sub to GHPC (NOT their official name but had to simplify for people out there) YEARS before this video... and I feel they should have ALOT more subs then this channel if I am brutally honest... they BUILT FROM SCRATCH for years and always make custom parts and they also SHOW how they make them and on top of all that.. they offered FOR FREE knowledge to build it yourself.
A couple of my absolute favorites, Project Binky, the all wheel drive classic mini with a celica GT motor, Tom's Turbo Garage and the LS swap Miata. The LS swap isn't super uncommon, but it's one of the cleanest swaps.
@@augustinf WHAT? The thick arches are super common on those, yeah, they are a tad wider than most, but they had to to fit the wheels and drivetrain. Also, keeping the body the stock length was one of the very first things they said they wanted to do.

@@augustinf That's like your opinion, and it's wrong, Project Binky turned out amazing, the amount of work that went into it is just amazing, but it's not finished yet.
th-cam.com/video/GHAV07v382o/w-d-xo.html Here's their latest video where they try to mount the body kit, custom made by Kei Miura himself from Rocketbunny/Pandem. Also worth to note that they raised more than 1 million euros on a French GoFundMe page to do the build.
In case you guys plan to do a similar episode in the future I would recommend including JP-Performance. They are not English speaking but they do a lot of crazy stuff like a KTM X-bow powered by an RS4 B5 engine, a V12 swapped W124 500E, a V10 swapped MK5 Supra, a jet-powered go-kart, an AWD Golf MK8 with a longitudinally mounted VR6 making around 1300hp. The VW new Beetle touring car from Gran Turismo with a 5 cylinder swap, an AWD VW up with a 1.8T making around 400hp and so on
Money can buy any build you want but a real build is a piece of ART. A lot of us gotta make due with the canvas we are given, which kinda make this video seems like a rich car club instead of hard work and dedication manifested into your engine
Dude you work so hard, have had multiple cool projects, work out of a regular garage and are entertaining. I’m so happy the work you put in is paying off.
Watched it to. I've wondered for a few decades if something as simple as a lawn mower carb could get you out of a tight spot. Question finally answered. Yes.
These were all amazing! Though my personal favorite one that wasn’t on the list is the meteor interceptor, which is a crown Victoria police interceptor with a 2500hp, 27 liter, twin turbo, V12 tank engine swap.
Awesome video! Love how you included Joel Francisco... As a small channel ourselves, we know how awesome it is to get a mention on a big channel so I bet he's super happy! Nice job!

The R69 by Chris and the B is for Build team is amazing. I watched them do the build from start to finish, and it was quite the undertaking but totally worth it. His newest one is just as wild; a mid-engined '67 Mustang fastback on an SLC "Bugatti" chassis
I was convinced Chris wasn't going to make the mid-engine frame work with the fastback body, but he's proving me wrong so far. I hope it works out for him!
You definitely should have DemoRanch/OffTheRanch's 12-valve Cummins Dually Cuda on this list!! It's technically being built by MuscleRodShop, but it is still an amazing over the top specimen of shoving things into cars that were never meant to be put in cars to begin with!

I agree with the many on here that the MORRVAIR deserves a spot on this list. Custom built workhorse that puts in work day in and day out! Not to mention Matt and his crew are all great down to earth people! 💪
When it's done, the built from scratch off road tow truck from Matt's Off Road Recovery would be a great addition to the list. I know they're not a vehicle-specific channel, but they have really cool rigs they do crazy recovery stuff with.
@@bogdanisari4365 The Morvair is really awesome as well, but I personally think that their completely custom wrecker will end up being even cooler because I happen to like the idea of having a beast of a tow truck that's built specifically for their off road conditions, which is why I would personally pick their wrecker after it's completed.
You should mention the "Morrvair", from @Matt's Offroad Recovery. It's the body from a Corvair, but completely modded out to be an exteme offroad beast. Shortened the front end, swapped the engine/suspension/tires/everything, and just turned it into an *insane* towing and recovery vehicle. Also, JerryRigEverything made an all-electric Hummer...might be worth a mention. ;)
Would have loved to see Boosted Motorsports hellkota on the list. I know there have been a few people to toss a hellcat in a Dakota but they also used all the electronics interior etc, essentially turning the truck into a hellcat. That truck is a work of art!

Noice. About a year ago, I recall being recommended Boosted Lifestyle on TH-cam for a week or two... then on a beer run down the street from my house stumbling upon a punk taking pictures of his 8 turbski Mustang in a cul-de-sac by the bush. even though he didn't built it himself, the Dually Cummins Cuda from offtheranch/demolitionranch is absolutely bonkers!
I was about to comment this too
Brandon and Muscle Rod Shop deserve the love though, with everything they are putting into that and their other cars.
Here in France , we got 2 TH-camrs ( Vilebrequin ) building a 1000 HP Fiat Multipla with a custom Rocket Bunny Kit
Too bad it is US only :/ Still, amazing down-to-earth guy, talented fabricator and genuine TH-camr!
that dude is super talented when it comes to fabrication
grew up watching him on forza 6
@@untamablewolf I started watching him when he had the built or bought drag series in Forza 6 too! He came a long way since!
Giguim is unnecessarily slept on, super talented guy. He also made a Subaru Drive train and engine swapped miata that has a custom tube chassis. The builds are cool, but they are accentuated by the fact he was just a guy making gaming yt videos only a few years ago.
His stuff is mega dope!
Rob the Rotor Dahm, easily missing. And some might say "hes still building it" but we all know Rob will always "still be building" the 4 rotor.
I was looking for this… its not even just the 4 rotor i love the three rotor and the fc that hes been building. Overall he shares a ton of information and is very transparent in doing so.
I have a suggestion :
The 1000Tipla (milletipla in French)
It's basically a fiat multipla swapped with a corvette chassis and engine, rocket bunny custom bodykit (yes, built by the god of Japanese tuners), and 1000 horsepower, build by the channel Vilebrequin.
It is still in kinda early stages, they just got the bodykit and the chassis is done, all they gotta do is the interior, engine, colors and what more.
Anyway I hope you see this and include them in some of your videos someday :)
Les loulous sont présent à l’international 🥳
They should talk about the GT40 of Benjamin Workshop too

I m slightly disapointed by the looks of binky after so many years.. It looks goofy with those wheel arches that make the car wider than long
@@augustinf WHAT? The thick arches are super common on those, yeah, they are a tad wider than most, but they had to to fit the wheels and drivetrain.
Also, keeping the body the stock length was one of the very first things they said they wanted to do.
@@robertt3715 they did a vid where they presented the car to viewers 2-3 month ago and I really didn’t like it.. it looked cool before with kind of the black body with yellow arches throughout the build but somehow once all painted eggshell white… it did not look cool. I was pretty much disapointed by what seems to be the end result
@@augustinf I thought it looked awesome, with an exaggerated bulldog stance that it's known for.
@@augustinf That's like your opinion, and it's wrong, Project Binky turned out amazing, the amount of work that went into it is just amazing, but it's not finished yet.
You need to check out Vilebrequin 1000 hp Fiat Multipla with a custom Rocket Bunny kit
th-cam.com/video/GHAV07v382o/w-d-xo.html
Here's their latest video where they try to mount the body kit, custom made by Kei Miura himself from Rocketbunny/Pandem.
The VW new Beetle touring car from Gran Turismo with a 5 cylinder swap, an AWD VW up with a 1.8T making around 400hp and so on
I think those lists are limited to American builds and not German...
But nothing is impossible!
@@vadimblin yeah, I sure hope to see them being featured here, because they definitely deserve it
Money can buy any build you want but a real build is a piece of ART. A lot of us gotta make due with the canvas we are given, which kinda make this video seems like a rich car club instead of hard work and dedication manifested into your engine
“Americans will measure it in ANYTHING besides the metric system” I lost it😂😭
Doctor asks how many Kia Souls do you weigh
@@psychedelicnarwhal9599 About 73 milliSouls. 'ish.
Alright I’m not the only one that heard it
I made the thumbnail 😁
Dude you work so hard, have had multiple cool projects, work out of a regular garage and are entertaining. I’m so happy the work you put in is paying off.
I’m just over here with a lawn mower carb on my ford 302 to harvest views since I’m a poor boy 😂
I watched your lawnmower carb video. Thoroughly enjoyed seeing that happen.
Watched it to. I've wondered for a few decades if something as simple as a lawn mower carb could get you out of a tight spot. Question finally answered. Yes.
Put it on a 460 lol
I love your poor boy content.
Thats funny i just saw your video before this one lmao thats awesome keep up the good work
There's a jet semi rolling around on the youtube. The blast from the engine is soo powerful it blew away the tarmac behind it while warming up. 🚀
the power wheels was a missed opportunity to call it the “Mo Powa Wheels”
These were all amazing! Though my personal favorite one that wasn’t on the list is the meteor interceptor, which is a crown Victoria police interceptor with a 2500hp, 27 liter, twin turbo, V12 tank engine swap.
It was in a previous video
Kyle's 8 turbo build was awesome. It did exactly what it was supposed to do...get noticed and talked about. Way to go Kyle!
Honestly, i feel like you're forgetting Ryan Tuerck's JUDD V10 A90 Supra, it insane
I would recommend the Cummins Cuda build being done by Muscle Rod Shop for Demo Ranch
Awesome video! Love how you included Joel Francisco... As a small channel ourselves, we know how awesome it is to get a mention on a big channel so I bet he's super happy! Nice job!
It's pretty awesome, kinda wishing I still had the turbo v8 in it from the thumbnail though haha
Hey James, just FYI, 12 valve Cummins is a 5.9 inline 6.
glad somsone said it, i was like wait...am i wrong?!
I was thinking the same thing to myself.. then I started reading the comments and started doubting myself because nobody said it
RIP 3 Liter Faygos. Thank you for keeping them alive by talking about them 🖤
Matt from OFF THE RANCH deffinalty needs to be on this list somewhere with any of his cars! The dually cummins Cuda, or the power stroke Ranchtang or the ls swapped 64 impala burnout car with hydraulics!
Heck, even the 5 Ton. Didn't build it, but basically Doomsday modded it.
He's not actually building the Cuda or Ranchstang, he's just writing the checks.
@@bwofficial1776 Agreed, spotlight Muscle Rod and Holden Bros with a mention of Demo Ranch. They are killing it! Also, to be fair, he does help with some of the work, especially when it came to the El Chromino.
I've spent some time around Chris from B is for Build when he and Tavarish were doing some projects together. And good lord. That dude has an insane work ethic. So does Tavarish. Automotive TH-cam is a GRIND, y'all.
I was hoping to see the demo Cuda build that things pretty epic
Nightride and his 1UZ swapped drift miata is pretty bomb ngl
The R69 by Chris and the B is for Build team is amazing. I watched them do the build from start to finish, and it was quite the undertaking but totally worth it. His newest one is just as wild; a mid-engined '67 Mustang fastback on an SLC "Bugatti" chassis
I was convinced Chris wasn't going to make the mid-engine frame work with the fastback body, but he's proving me wrong so far. I hope it works out for him!
I love how Chris was like "yeah, you guys made some great suggestions, but I want a Mustang"
You definitely should have DemoRanch/OffTheRanch's 12-valve Cummins Dually Cuda on this list!! It's technically being built by MuscleRodShop, but it is still an amazing over the top specimen of shoving things into cars that were never meant to be put in cars to begin with!
This list isn't complete without one of the builds from Off the Ranch. That diesel 'Cuda dually is sick!
Most of the cars he owns could have made this list lol
He's not actually building them any more. He's just writing the checks for the 'Cuda and Mustang-truck-thing.
Matt isn't really a car youtuber but the Cummins Cuda should still count cause the MuscleRod guys are building it
Lol , that 8 turbos mustang was unbelievable, the first thought that came across my mind if he started the engine: this thing is gonna blow , and his owner will fly right straight to hell at 200mph because of the explosion
D-List making my day once again, thanks James! I'm a big fan of B is for Build, those guys sure can turn some wrenches. By the way, those mural stickers are so dope, already ordered mine.
* Edit: I'd like to nominate CarsandCameras for a spot on this list as well, they build some crazy carts and minibikes!
Fun fact, there was already a "Cumstang" built before the Cummins s550.
Matt has some crazy builds , Demo Ranch needs to be on that list
The cuda for sure
true
I dont know if it makes it different that he didnt actually build it himself
Whistlindiesel didn't build monster max... lol
a youtubers car that impress me is from the channel boosted boiz. trimmed a small 4 cylinder honda engine to currently put out 1426 wheel hp.
I found that power wheel one the most terrifying and outrageous... others, it's common.... going 90 mph in a power wheel.... 😭😭😱
I agree with the many on here that the MORRVAIR deserves a spot on this list. Custom built workhorse that puts in work day in and day out! Not to mention Matt and his crew are all great down to earth people! 💪
Rest in peace Randy, you made a huge impact on the car community, drive high brother.
I like the 8 turbo stang, has the sound of open headers which is great.
When it's done, the built from scratch off road tow truck from Matt's Off Road Recovery would be a great addition to the list. I know they're not a vehicle-specific channel, but they have really cool rigs they do crazy recovery stuff with.
The series o videos building the Morver was a proper TH-cam built
@@bogdanisari4365 The Morvair is really awesome as well, but I personally think that their completely custom wrecker will end up being even cooler because I happen to like the idea of having a beast of a tow truck that's built specifically for their off road conditions, which is why I would personally pick their wrecker after it's completed.
So happy Chris from bifb was on the list, this dude works like none other, i mean, the r69 is one of his mild builds...
Also, JerryRigEverything made an all-electric Hummer...might be worth a mention. ;)
Then add tow mater
Would have loved to see Boosted Motorsports hellkota on the list. I know there have been a few people to toss a hellcat in a Dakota but they also used all the electronics interior etc, essentially turning the truck into a hellcat. That truck is a work of art!
Some french bois are doing a 1000hp pandem kited MULTIPLA, I'm sure it's extreme enough
And for info they raised more than 1 million euros on a French GoFundMe to finance the build. And the kit is custom made by Miura himself. Here's the latest video where they show the kit:

Noice. About a year ago, I recall being recommended Boosted Lifestyle on TH-cam for a week or two... then on a beer run down the street from my house stumbling upon a punk taking pictures of his 8 turbski Mustang in a cul-de-sac by the bush. Pulled over to shoot the shit and take a few pics myself, had a laugh when I noticed the 1500cc injectors, haha. Kyle seemed like a genuinely cool dude, and immediately subscribed to his channel when I got home! Just thought I'd share that here...
Dude James, this was a great episode I watch pretty much all of these channels. Keep up the great work man, you're my favorite donuter
Westen Chaplin is a fucking legend, i expected him to be in the list
No matter how outrageous, a running custom project still makes me happy, plus sometimes it's nice to see something unique even if it's objectively ugly
2 years later: The list is still BONKERZ! I wonder how many builts are still running in '24., hopefully all of them!
