Yeah know I’m 59 and just recently had a strong urge , desire to start running. I’m having the time of my life, no regrets in following my bliss.

You're not mad Graham - you're an inspiration. I'm still a young 'un at 61 and notice increasing numbers of elders having a reason to jump out of bed like a child on their birthday. I'd like to 'notch up' at least 7 score and often stop to think how it will be - am I mad? maybe, maybe not, but I'll say one thing, I'm not going till I'm ready and that's how it will be. sarah mack - I too have only just found this wonderful channel in recent days, and like you, I have found these films incredibly uplifting. This year has been a tough one for many people, including myself, with a second Cancer diagnosis back in March of this year. Although I have refused all treatment I still feel that there is a lot to live for and the people that I see in these wonderful films are a true inspiration to us all. Just know that you are not alone and I send you my best wishes for happier times to come. xxx

The video is made beautifully. I wanted it to go on and on. We as a society needs to become less judgemental and follow the concept of live and let live rather than being condescending 👍👍
Who cares about what people think and say about what you do or should do with your time and life? True freedom starts when you realize and understand *emotionally* that most people live in fear to do what they really want to do or to be who they really are. Instead of trying to set themselves free, they spend their lives trying to repress or badmouth those who do
