Ritz Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach, Florida Tour - Amenities and Public Spaces

Here is a first look and virtual tour of the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida developed by the Fortune International Group and Chateau Group; the newest branded luxury residences is one of the few standalone Ritz-Carlton Residences in the world. Arquitectonica designed the 816,000 SF luxury high-rise development on a 2.2-acre beachfront site. The 50-story, 649 FT tower provides breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean for 212 units including five penthouses - one per floor on the top five floors. The top floors taper back to unveil large terraces and private pools for the penthouse residents.
Amenities includes generous balconies, a spa and fitness center, hair salon, beach bar and grille, business center with conference rooms, multiple swimming pools, additional amenities on the first, fourth and 32nd floors, and structured parking for 416 cars. In collaboration with interior designer Michele Bönan, Arquitectonca Interiors also designed various amenity spaces including the spa/fitness center, guest suites and unit bathrooms. The Ritz features a grand porte-cochere and lush landscaping throughout the property by ArqGEO.
