    구운 치즈케이크와 마스카포네 무스를 함께 먹을 수 있는 더블 프로마쥬 치즈케이크를 만들었어요!
    르타오에서 팔고 있는 유명한 치즈케이크여서 한번 만들어 보고 싶었는데 드디어 만들었네요~ㅎㅎㅎ
    레시피는 르타오 유튜브 채널에 있는 영상을 참고해 만들었는데 저는 설탕량을 살짝 줄여 만들었어요~
    식히고 굳히느라 만드는 시간은 전체적으로 오래 걸리지만 레시피나 과정은 간단한 편이네요~
    포슬포슬 위에 뿌린 스펀지케이크 가루가 포근한 느낌을 주고, 자른 단면도 2층이라 예쁘네요~^^
    차갑게 먹으면 정말 정말 맛있답니다~~*^^*

    As a Brasilian person I think your cakes are so diferent the cakes where I live and I am telling that in a positive way. Our cakes are delicious but I think them unhealthy becouse of tons of fat and sugar. Your cakes looks yummy and more light and healthy. I love your videos.

    쿠킹트리 님 항상 생각하지만 정말 영상 잘 만드시는 것 같아요ㅠㅠㅠ 색감도 그렇고 재료를 담는 그릇 하나하나까지도 다 생각하신 게 느껴지고 소리도 늘 너무 선명하고 간질간질해서 좋아요.. 부지런히 항상 예쁘고 참신한 요리들 보여 주셔서 너무 감사해요! 저는 비록 요리를 너무 못 해서 한 번도 해 보지는 못 하겠지만 쿠킹트리 님 영상을 보는 것만으로도 늘 대리만족 느끼고 있습니다ㅎㅎ

    케이크 위에 전체적으로 뿌려진 가루를 보면 되게 부드러울것 같아서 꽉 안아보고 싶은 이 느낌...저게 쿠션이었다면 바로 구입각이었을듯😍

    Recipe is simple, suitable for advanced beginners and easy to follow - though this is far from my first project, this was the first multi layered cake I've ever made and it came out looking store-bought. Everyone enjoyed it very much. Thank you.

    제가 르타오 너무 좋아해서 만들어봤는데 진짜 똑같아요!! 근데 시간을 정확히 안봐서 모르지만 4시간은 넘게 걸린것같은 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 제가 베이킹에 익숙치 않아서 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ ㅠㅠㅠ 다시 만들라면 못할듯요 ㅜㅜ

    For those with no gelatine leaves like me: set with 1 teaspoon of gelatin powder (approx. 3.12 grams). Resultant product is light and creamy but substantial. I observed that it holds pretty well outside of the refrigerator (9 hours in ~13 degrees Celsius weather in a insulated bag, frozen for about ~6 hrs beforehand).
    Additional notes:
    - If substituting Philadelphia cream cheese for mascarpone, use a mixture of whipped cream and cream cheese for a slightly more mascarpone - like yield (I used something like 55g cream cheese and 5g whipped cream and it turned out structurally sound.)
    - When cutting the sponge, use levelling tools. If you don't have any, make some - take 2 objects of identical height and cut diagonally, bracing the flat of your knife against the object(s) (dependent on the length of your blade). This will make the layer flatter and more even.

    어떤데는 맛있지만
    보통 치즈케이크는 되게 느끼해서
    치즈케이크를 잘안먹는데요😖
    쿠킹트리님께서 만드신 케이크는
    뭔가 더 먹음직스럽고
    더 맛있어보여요😻

      굽고 식히고 굳혀야 해서 시간은 조금 걸리지만 만드는 과정은 복잡한 편이 아니라서 쉽게 만드실 수 있으실 거에요~~

    안녕하세요 쿠킹트리님~
    저도 한번 따라 해봤는데 오븐에 굽는것 150도에서 25분 구웠는데 반죽이 겉만 살짝 막 같은것이 형성되고 속은 물처럼 그대로네요. 그래서 160도로 올려서 15분 더 구웠더니 크기가 쭐어버렸어요 두께도 얇아지구요. 어떻게 해야 하나요?

    생크림은 100% 휘핑한 걸 넣는 건가요? 그리고 젤라틴을 미리 불려서 물기를 짜두신 거 같은데 그래도 안 마르나요 ? 젤라틴을 사두고 써보질 않아서 궁금합니당
    요즘 프로마쥬 케이크 레시피가 많은데 예전에 쿠킹트리님의 퍼지 브라우니 레시피로 맛있게 베이킹한 적이 있어서 이 레시피도 해보고 싶어요! 근데 초보라 궁금한 게 많네요ㅠ.ㅜ🤣😂

      50% 정도 묽게 휘핑한 생크림을 사용했어요~
      젤라틴은 차가운 물에 10분 정도 불렸다가 물기를 짜고 바로 사용했어요~

      마스카포네 치즈가 더 부드러운 편이지만 크림치즈로 만드셔도 괜찮을 것 같아요~^^

    몇 년 전에 먹은 르타오가 너무 아른거려서 가족 생일 기념으로 만들었는데 와... 이걸 제 손으로 만든게 자랑스러울 정도입니다 ㅠㅠ
    베이킹한지 오래되진 않았지만 여태 만든 결과물 중 완성도가 가장 높은 느낌이에요!!
