    Maybe you should leave this decision to the user. How much research do you actually have that makes the belt a dangerous item? I feel this video is nonsense!!!!

      Hi there! I feel like you may have misinterpreted the video. We dont believe belts are dangerous nor do we advise against them. We simply stated that using a belt for the reason to avoid injury isn’t how they should be used because injury has a lot of other causes. A belt should be used if it helps increase IAP for you! (Elijah uses one often in his squats). I encourage you to re-watch the video because we reference how many studies there are that SUPPORT belt usage!

      Find a Mr Olympian who never benefited from the belt. My body and a soda can are absolutely no comparison. More spews for more views is what this video is. Take it down while the nonsense is still new! No more nonsense or I'll unsuscribe!!!!
