Budget Amazon Tib Trainer: geni.us/im7Wq
In this video, I review the Tib Machine from The Tib Bar Guy. It's a heavy-duty tibialis anterior trainer for home gyms and commercial use. A lot of tib bar trainers are bilateral pieces of equipment known as "tib bars". The tib bar machine is a stationary version of a tib bar that allows you to perform the same tib exercises but from a stationary machine.

Lol!! What a way to waste money. I can do the same thing with phone!!!!
I think that the main key to avoid low back pain and injuries is to maintain the lumbar lordosis. If you squat too low, and lose your natural lumbar lordosis, you are exposed to a low back injury. I destroyed my L5-S1 because I didn't get that concept. Not many videos talk about the most obvious things in squat and if you are a noob you can easily get injured.

I'd still recommend! We still use it every single day 👍
My back hurts after doing dead lift I only did 30kg, I used to do 150 a year back
Curious, how has the cheaper one held up in terms of durability?

I just purchased this as a sound machine for sleeping, im excited to see how the sunrise alarm gets rid of the jolt iphone alarm. You'll love it as a sound machine. I didn't know the 3 was released! Thanks for letting me know- I'll have to check it out

Does the walking pad consume a lot of electricity?
I haven’t noticed that it has (in terms of electricity bills since using it), but I would check the amazon listing to see what they say about power consumption
Nice info ❤️
Thank you!
I’ve been debating on getting these shoes, but have been on the edge since a lot of the reviews by users of shoes from many years ago state that “there quality is gone compared to older version, and the inner heel of the shoe caves in after 2 months.” have you notice anything along this line, is the hell sturdy and not caved in? so hard to find qauilty prodcuts noadays. thanks
@@stefanlewis9609 I have not personally noticed this. The only thing I’ve noticed from a quality perspective is probably that the insole or the midsole on my pair has started clicking recently. Like that annoying click whenever you take a step in older shoes. Not sure if that’s common or just because mine or so old at this point, but I haven’t noticed any issues with the soles
you got some blue ass eyes
@@trevorgiles3123 😂
Thank you for this!! I’ve been debating on pulling the trigger for quite some time. If seen mixed reviews but I’m thrilled to see that you’ve been using yours for so long and you still like it!! Thanks again!
@@TheKdoering Do it! So worth it in my opinion
@@natebackunbroken just ordered! Got a refurbished one from their website to save a little extra cash. I read other reviews that you have to pay a monthly fee for the app?
i’ve had my hatch for less than 48 hours and i love it! the only thing i wish it had was a button to turn on/off the light that way i didn’t have to go to my phone every time i wanted to turn on the reading light
It’s awesome right? I agree though, I wish it has a few more physical controls on it
amazing review, one of the best ❤ love it 😊
Thank you!
I don't know if this was already mentioned in the video, but I fixed my lower back pain with squats by recording myself doing squats and seeing if the lowest part of the squat was where my butt was pushed out the most. When my lower back was hurting I noticed that when I was going up from the squat, my butt would push out more than when I was at the bottom of it. I hope this makes sense to whoever is reading it and helps them out.
@@fungishroom9241 Good tip! Recording yourself can be really helpful
Great review - thanks! Question: Does this have the ability to select a pure RED light, as you would find in a red light sleep therapy device? Or is the closest shade to red that pinky-purple shade shown in your video? TIA
@@sstraw7224 Appreciate it! It definitely has a solid red color, not sure if it’s an exact sleep therapy red, but it has a pretty pure, dark red that can be set
@@natebackunbroken Thank you!

lmao I’m definitely not waking up to light wtf jesus christ why can’t they make an alarm clock that’s actually loud or will wake you up I don’t get it

Love it but without battery backup I can’t afford oversleeping if power goes out. Great review!
Appreciate it! This is definitely a big con that I never thought of before releasing this video haha. I always set a backup alarm on my phone on important days for this very reason
@@natebackunbrokenWas thinking of doing that but not using my phone is the goal. I’m also considering the One Clock. So expensive!
@@frankmilano The One Clock is cool, I just checked it out! Definitely expensive though. Another thing you could do is get a backup power strip to plug the Hatch into. It will always hold a charge in case the power does go out
@@natebackunbrokenWow. Never heard of something like that. I will look into it. Thank you again!!

6 is probably in km/h ;) since 6 km/h is 3,73 mph
Brilliant, you’re probably right about that haha
great review but this is a matter of I love it or I dont need it ....
Lol that’s fair. The way I see it is that it’s $170, but it’s something I use every single day. So after a few years, it’s a few pennies per day in lifetime cost. Or maybe that’s just me trying to justify it haha
Purchased! Thanks and planning to check out the course.
@@brettregan3600 Awesome! I’m here if you have any questions
Is it also good to preserve cartilage? That's the only point I'm still unsure about. For example, have there been studies of tennis players to determine whether they have more cartilage damage to the shoulders/elbows of the tennis arm compared to the arm that has been relieved? That could be interesting.
Do you know if it will continue to work if the power goes out?
@@AldenJohannessen Unfortunately not. I wish it had a backup battery, but I don’t think any of the Hatch models have this yet
This deserves more views great review

Does a GHD work the same? Or do you need that 45 degree to strengthen the lower back?
GHD can work, but much harder to start on if dealing with pain. The 45 degree angle is a great place to start with isometrics since it’s more gentle than being completely horizontal on a GHD. I’ll usually use GHD as a progression for people after the Roman chair 👍

Question: If your first advice works and zombie squat feels better, what should I do next? How can I apply this in order to fix my back squat?
Good question. I would add them into your routine as a warm-up drill before squats or lower body movements. Drop the weight on the squats substantially, and keep practicing the zombie squats until that more upright position carries over into the back squat. Basically, get super good at "zombie-squat form" and re-build up your squat weight from there. Does that make sense?
Yes, thank you very much!! So I have zombie squatted about 2 weeks and it feels much better without low back pain, and then when I try back squat it feels awkward. I will continue front squats and hopefully my back squat will eventually just click. But if not, at least front squats is better than no squatting at all.
Ordered! Thank you
Of course, I hope you like it! Again, not the most fun assembly process, but worth it for the cost 👍
