You save so much time and cover a big area so quickly with the X jet. I turn the revs and the unloader valve right down which makes it very easy to apply. Great idea about the spare cap by the way!. Rather than it coming out the barrel during use.
How do you turn it down? looking to use it to clean fences but my spray pattern is currently way too big
Fantastic bit of kit, game changer for me. I've extended the pickup hose to around 20 mtrs to save keep moving the barrel around.

Was the post treatment rinsed after, or left to dry? The X-jet is definitely an item to get.
Does the attachment also shoot chemicals vertically? Let’s say a two story home? Or does this only disperse chemicals when you have it on the fan setting?
Do you need to turn the throttle down and the pressure? Or just one to get that thick foam effect?
Hey! Which hypo and surfactant are you using? I'm looking for something foamy thats going to be easy to control and not run everywhere
If use a cut off of plastic pipe around the section of the hose that goes into the hypo barrel then it’ll help keep the suction from the bottom

I noticed you mixed your Hypo. It was my understanding that the little inserts you get with the XJet does the ratio for you? Or.is this just an option?
He didn't mix anything, he just added surfactant there

I used the x jet today for the first time. I never got the thick snow foam effect I was hoping for. I obviously had the same problem as you, revs too high

Which colour do you use on the x jet. I have a problem that the tube always floats to the top and then water comes out and no hypo. Trying to figure out how to keep it down at the bottom. Great idea with the cap. It is q great rinser like you said. Top video
You can see when he drilled the hole in the lid he put some kind of clamp to keep it in place underneath the lid. You could also attach a weight to the end of your hose to stop it floating in the hypo.

What mixture do you use on the 5 gallon with the xjet
Putting it out there, could I buy a foam lance and run SH through it, wouldn't this work just the same?
It would, but you'd need some way of controlling or measuring the dilution, plus foam lance's aren't very big so you'd run out quick, and are really clumsy to refill. It's not so bad with snowfoam but SH is a lot more dangerous if you spill it.
Also you'll want to ensure all the components are SH safe to prevent oxidisation and rusting
@SMOUT_ I thought the valve at the top controls the amount of product that is being used, and was going to do what you done on your video with the spare cap so was going to get a longer hose that goes onto the barb for the SH container.

Did you not mix the surfactant in to the hypo ?
He used that shite pureseal boost. Best of using some soap surfactant like ebc or a degreaser it will foam up better and stick more and look thick 👌
I’ve never had any trouble with boost
I used the same barrel again today with the revs on the machine turned way down and it foamed up beautifully. No issue with pureseal boost.
