Well done Dave you just jumping on Pressure Cleaning don't giving up to give up the money is there what we have to do is hunting great job buddy from Down Under
Great video Dave i always hypo if there is lichen or black spots as i found early on that pressure washing with cold water only removes the top and not the spores and its back within weeks. My machine is 250 bar at 31 lpm i know everyones different thats just my experience with the dreaded lichen
Great first job how much did you charge please as im getting the bits together to start up soon down in kent so i dont know how i would price such a job up many thanks.
The way I work it out is to find the square meterage of the area then times it by the amount you want to charge per metre. It would be worth you finding out what that price should be for your area as it differs depending on area. Good afternoon, you do a good and professional job, what do you use to wash the house and the stone, apart from water, if it's not a secret, thanks for the answer, greetings from Italy
HI. I use sodium hypochlorite which is a chlorine based chemical. If you aren't used to using it then its probably best if you don't as it can be very dangerous if used wrongly
@@squeakycleandave1 thank you for answering my question and for the advice, I have one more request for you, I have never used it for washing, would you like to explain to me how to use that detergent correctly--thank you for everything and stay healthy
Hi Dave. Great vid. I used my hypo jet for the first time today but it wouldn't suck hypo. It there anything I'm doing wrong? Does the pressure have to be set really low? I used it on the end of my lance with the filter end in my container of sh. No SH, just water coming out. Any help appreciated. Does the shorter lance (just the handle) make a difference?
Hi Garry I've only used it once myself so far so still getting used to it. It may be a faulty unit or it may be doing something wrong so I would recommend contacting the supplier.
All of my last step chem injectors have to be matched up to the GPM, or (LPM) on the pump. So its not the pressure as much as it is the volume. The unit works on the Bernoulli Principal where the flow is accelerated through a small tube and this acceleration causes a pressure drop sufficient to cause a vacuum pull on the soap. You will see a loss in fluid volume and that is the price we all pay for last step chemical injection USING SH without an LSCI Pump which SH would probably destroy...
Ive not used one of these but it looks like its the same as my snow gun to get it to work i have crack open the ball valve you open when starting the machine but only slightly this lowers the flow and allows it to draw
nice vid dave, quick tip i leanred this the hard way - if you pressure wash right next to your bowser you can get debri into pump system
Thanks for the great tip. I will keep that in mind 👍
Nice job at the Bellmans Cross, I used to drink there in my 20s many moons ago when it was a Biker pub.
Nice one. It’s a bit different now. I haven’t eaten there myself but it’s supposed to be really good
That five in one nozzle is pretty cool. I had a similar type which helped a lot. Great results, Dave.
Thanks Duncan 👍

Hi Dave what type of jet washer are you using thanks
Hi Wayne
It's an Evolution series 2 built by Dual Pumps. Its a 21LPM with a Honda GX390 engine
@@squeakycleandave1 thanks Dave 👍
Do you drop back and re-sand the jobs when they have dried out mate? I bet its a nightmare getting a window with the great british summer 😂
Yes, I drop back when it's dry. It can be difficult getting back
If your using 14/15 hypo mix. What's the %ratio when it comes out of the nozzle at 1/6 or at 1/9.?
2% and 1.4% respectively at the nozzle
Nice one Dave. Can i ask where did you get your system from?
It’s a Dual Pumps pressure washer. Its the same one that Gutter Vacuum Systems sell
What soap do you use with the hypo great vlog
I don't use any. it's all premixed
What size FSC is that Dave? Also, is there a big difference in the 21Lpm compared to the 15Lpm??
Hi Andy
It’s a 20” FSC. It seems to make a lot of difference with the FSC but not so much with just the turbo nozzle
Hi mate good video are you finding more work now you van better vinyl wrapped
do you ever leaflet drop
I'm picking up loads of work from the van. Its nearly paid for itself already.
@@squeakycleandave1 have you ever leaflet dropped or do you use facebook ads
I was getting sodium hypochlorite @£9 for 25 litres now its £29 for 25 litres
You do have to be careful what Hypo you use as well. It only becomes an issue if there is a problem then it needs to be label compliant
they used to say don't use it on sandstone but ive never had a problem

Hi Garry I have the same problem will not work on 21 lpm pressure washer please let me know if you have any ideas thank you
Do you have to turn down the pressure release valve to draw the hypo

Are you using nuclear pro with the hypo jet?
Yes Adam 👍
i thought you weren't suppose to power wash a wall because you could rip out the mortar and tear off the face of the bricks
Depends on how you do it
@@squeakycleandave1 theres a video for you to make on how to power wash each project wall/decking etc
Give me a job please Dave👍
👍
Can you earn more in a day pressure washing than window 🪟 cleaning
It depends on the jobs and how you price them but as a rule yes you can
