- Terry Jones' only appearance on Dave, here promoting his book Fairy Tales. Monty Python's "The Meaning of Life" would be released three months later. His dog impressions come after a earlier installment of Stupid Pet Tricks.
Show taped the day before.
Not surprisingly, Terry J has been appearing very regularly in my feed. It's one of the nicer things about TH-cam. Someone you love dies and you can indulge in your own remembrance and tribute.
Thanks, Don. RIP Terry Jones.
He's kicked the bucket. He's shuffled up this mortal coil...
...he rang down the curtain and joined the Choir Invisible ...
*Shuffle off this mortal coil.
@@NxDoyle this is a late Terry Jones.
Sad that he was sick to the end, a legend, he will be missed, RIP.
What a terrible loss. Thank you Terry, for being one of the funniest and silliest people who ever lived. We miss you.
He's now an ex-Python! Godspeed, Terry J.
Thank you Terry.
good bye Terry Jones.....thanks for every thing
So bright, funny, fun and brilliant. And one of my favorite voices of all time. I wish his book was on tape I would listen to it every day. So glad to know about it.
Thanks for the post...The great Terry Jones. RIP to an incredibly talented and funny man.
Cheers for posting this today, much obliged
Will miss you, Terry.
Legend. What a lovely, lovely man RIP Tel.
Thanks for putting this video up so quickly, Don.
It’s been a number of years since we heard from this great Python veteran. RIP Terry Jones.
formed in 1977, Penrhos Bitter, Jones's First Brew and Penrhos Porter soon had a cult following. The beer was available quite widely around the UK, but changes of personnel and other problems, led to the brewery closing in 1983.
TANTRUMGASM TJ started the whole brewery revolution!
Surprised when he said there had been a new one in 600 years. Nowadays there’s a new one every few weeks
In front of an American audience, poor bastard...in front of a random British audience poor bastard again....but those of us that deeply appreciated it...deeply uhm... appreciated it!!!!!!!!!!!
Paul and the band kicked it off to break with a playing of a then-recent hit "Rock the Casbah."
The man Mr the Terry
As a tribute to Terry & the rest of the Python troop, soon i will get a tattoo of the line "Make Tea Not War !"
T'was a very lovely troupe
one of the most loveable dudes ever
Thanks Don, terrible news indeed.
Heheh I swear Don has these made up just-in-case like the local news. Thanks again Don, R.I.P. Terry Jones
Dave had all 6 members of Python on at some point, right? He even had Chapman on before he died, I think.
I've uploaded a 6-part compilation of all of Python members guest appearances, up to 1988 so far:

@@dongiller Yes, and I've watched them all! Great stuff. Terry Jones has joined Graham, and are 'no more', but live on in our comedy hearts. Ty for these.
“We are the Knights who say knee,” or.. err née, or ... WTF? Did he mean. Genius!! Shrubbery!!
