The Zv e 10 has gyro data. That for me was a big plus. I never take a gimbal and i work my shots around the idea of stabilizing afterwards. Oh..it also takes care of the rollign shutter!
That’s a great option too, but what if you use an ND filter with a shutter speed of 1/50 to get natural motion blur? I don’t think you’ll get good stabilization results from something like Gyroflow or Catalyst Browse if you shoot with a slow shutter speed..
@@Romafedorov you are right, the motion blur out of camera would be a compromise. There are some great ways to add a nice motion blur in post, like plugins in davinci (brandon li talks about one on his video) but as usual there is not a one perfect camera so far. I prefer the zv e 10 hand held because i take 3 lenses (primes and small with it) and i can have a variety of looks and oh boy that bokeh! =)
Hello can you make a video comparison between the Sony ZVe10 and ZVe1, with the same subject, lens, lightning to see if we can see the difference. Thanks
I have zv e10 and sigma 16 and 56 and viltrox 75 f1.2 .i shoot is standard mode. What should i do to upgrade to hight level quality? Switch to full frame zve1 , switch to zeiss pop lenses, switch to fx 30 ? Or shoot in log mode, thank you
Thank you for the video, I recently bought this camera because of your other videos! I’m currently using HLG3 with LeemingLUTs for a good technical correction. However when I’m outside because I need to expose to the right (that’s how the LUT works) the ND filter I bought (K&F N4-64 + CPL) seems not enough to not clip the sky (using the Sigma 16mm F1.4) at 1.4 for a nice bokeh. Is there other ND filter you recommend?
I use FreeWell 3-7 stop ND filter. It’s great, but sometimes it’s not strong enough to shoot wide open with my f1.8 prime lenses in daylight. I rarely do so, so it’s not an issue for me. However, if you really need that, then maybe take a look at their 2-5, 6-9 stop ND. NISI makes the same thing as well.
You haven’t tried great gimbals yet hence you are not into gimbals .They make your life so easy and cinematic . Best results I think could be with the PP 1 , PP 2 and PP 4 though reasons are the Zv -E10 is an 8 bit camera , using Slog 2 and 3 when color grading may possibly stretch out the colors with difficulties . So I usually stick with the ones mentioned earlier . You can also look at S-Cinetone.
Wouldn't be my first choice for photography. The ZV-E10 is a great budget video camera that can do photography too, but a better option would be something like the a6400.
I bought both, pocket 3 and zve10 (again) with ff lens (tamron 17-28 f/2.8 - which will be 25,5-42mm f/4.2 on apsc - for maybe future update to zv-e1). I will do some compare, action 4 (for walking talking, with dji mic 2) + zve10 (for broll, zoom shoots ect). And also action 4 + pocket 3 ^^ but there are very the same 17mm and 20mm, but pocket 3 its better in lowlight, so we will see ^^ edit: oo you made that video zve10 + action 4 :D
Would you buy the Sony ZV-E10 in 2024?
Pocket 3🤔
Yes

Can I get your settings? My zve10 often goes out of focus when I’m sitting still in a shot
Is this camera good for real estate photography?

really waiting for this video
what is your country?

Seems like you have a great setup. Cheers!
And The Osmo is never gonna Compete With More Lens Options 😂 so each has their own uses.
Sony ZV-E10 II is coming, will be released in the next couple of months (confirmed)
Yeah. but it's going to be much more expensive than the mark I. I'm guessing $1000-1200.
Sell for the AI cropping, I bet
