How does my opinion on whether it was intentional or not make me a smart ass? If that's what you think, then you're a jack ass. And no, that was not a fall, that was a slip. The slip LOOKS unintentional, and it very well could have been. You don't know that it wasn't. There's in fact a lot of scenes in movies that were unintentional that the director decided to keep. One was in the movie 'Big' where Tom Hanks character sprays silly string at his friend, and part of it gets stuck on his nose. That wasn't supposed to happen, but the director liked it, so he kept it in.
Classic Clark, yes. Classic Christopher Reeve, not really. All I'm saying is that it looks like he slipped a little more than he was supposed to.
