Exceptional can also have only 2 stats but higher than regular gear. Hence the maximum role item for each paragon level is an exceptional with 3 stats.
My main source for 3 stat gear is still the vendor. (don't buy more than 10 per day and don't buy if you haven't unlocked the matching challenge rift boost)
I would henceforth put following priority
1. run dungeons for a specific set item (and this dungeon needs to have bonus drop boost)
2. once you have your 2 set/ 4 set/ 6 set bonus completed, do whatever necessary to get exceptional 3 stat legendary gear
3. once you're completely decked out with 3 stat legendary gear, go back and upgrade your set items
Reason for that is that multiple set items can drop in the same dungeon and this is only getting worse in higher hell difficulties. Getting the specific set item with a great role is a time consuming endeavor and effectively slows your paragon progression as XP is worse than grinding world maps/ running elder rifts.

Hopefully you can make a content with players commenting on what more do we want from Diablo Immortal future contents. Because right now its all repetition.. Why do we grind for?

Is Hell V all we farming for? 🙂 And would make more content for streamers and gamers to enjoy. I believe Blizzard can further improve the game and has the potential but it lacks more heart. WE NEED MORE TO DO STUFF. Not just timely events.. EVERYONE HAS WORK. Make us more enjoy the game more.
Its all FARM > Dungeon > Rifts > Battleground (2 times a day is stupid) > Bounties. THATS IT!
I agree that pvp should be opened either more hours or all the time. And I also agree that more 24/7 content is important. Some of the timing requirements for events make no sense for people with normal 9-5 jobs…
You missed a very important part. Your paragon effects open world and dungeon drops but rift shadow contract horodrium and raid drops are based on your challenge ridt level. There are milestone rift levels where those drops raise he'll levels. Like you cant get a he'll 1 level drop in an elder rift until youve done cr level 11 or 12 (cant recall but it shows a skull on the rift level) believe h2 is 30 and h3 is 60 etc. Basically if you enter the event from west march the gear levels will be hinged on your cr levels completed
Even though it will take me longer to get my legendary gems to level 5 as a free to play player as opposed to a whale or minnow. I can still do just that without spending a dime on the game. So I am not gonna worry about getting legendary gems to a higher rank ASAP. Which would mean spending money.
I've had gear where it gives more CR but has a lower score. And also I've had gear and gems that work better or give more of a % bonus for damage or life etc. depending on your hell difficulty and CR than the bonuses that the extra CR or resonance give.
My advice would be to always equip different combinations of stuff that could be viable for you and check the stats in the difficulty your in as well as the one your working towards. Throughout my playing in hell 3 some of the better items just didn't make a difference compaired to set bonuses if I wasn't within 200 CR of hell 4, the same thing happened where i had a fang gem at rank 5 that gave me more 13.5% etra damage than a rank 3 3/5 Phoenix ashes which has 90 more resonance but only gave me a bonus of 1-2% of damage and was useless in hell 3 for me because was at a point that I didn't need the effect from Phoenix ashes.
I would equip something that had a score that was over a 1000 better and it would only change my damage by 1% as well but once I got within 250 CR of hell 4 that same item would change it by 20%.

Another tip in H3: Check all yellow rings stats, before salvaging. I found lots of upgrades taht way
Considering that the system does not recognize them as an upgrade just shows how many issues are still waiting to get addressed.
The game will notify you when you try and Salvage yellows if one is an upgrade
@@LeeroyGaming the game only looks at the gear score. It's common however that the attributes that affect your CR are higher than your equipped while the gear score is lower and hence these rings don't show up when salvaging.
@@LeeroyGaming I have seen rings that would boost my CR quite a bit, that did not show it as an upgrade.
@@mysund what are you basing this off of? Every time a ring actually ups my cr it shows for me.

Hey man, thanks for the info. Great help! Just a question though. When farming, I am getting drops but theyre always lower stats than what I already have. Would you know why? Paragon 86 with CR 1902.
Challenge rift 60?
As moon mentioned, make sure your challenge rifts are cleared as high as possible as they dictate what quality of loots can drop in some content. Also there is the all mighty RNG. As mentioned in the video, outside of exceptional rolls, once you get to your CR level at paragon 86 you will rarely get big upgrades.
What is the max level for items is it level 20 I can’t seem to find any information on it anywhere it’s very odd 🤔

They have shadow nerfed the open world farming, where the Red monsters use to drop legos but now all they drop is yellows and yellow monsters now drop blues, they want more and more people to spend xD
There is no way to spend to get more Lego’s… as far as I know. Main reason for world farm has always been best xp ratio, although the legos were a nice bonus
I just hit 480 paragon level but when I do H7 dungeons I NEVER get my gear score to hot higher than my regular gear score it's ALWAYS 2000.score underneath I don't understand set or legandary I don't get high score. I do more than 100 runs a day and nothing. Before this update I use to run through Cr now after I don't get crap
Maybe you need to unlock it in chalange rift... (h7 204 lvl)

so I just started playing this game yesterday and right off the hop the info this guy is giving is wrong, u can see the hell lvls as soon as u beat the 1st demon in dungeon w others and u can get rings right away, I got one from killing a random monster and I bought my 2nd one from the vendor in town...so basically way to fail w misleading info buddy.

Been stuck in H3 for so long I just don't even want to play anymore. The drop rates aren't bad, but the quality of drops is really out of balance in my opinion. And getting parties together for the dungeons is tedious and boring. If you could farm the dungeons solo then this game would be playable.
The current exp boost is nice. To form grow I always start my own and then type/copy something like “LFM H3 Temple”. I then paste this in the world chat, shadow (or immortal) channel, and clan chat. Unless you play in the middle of the night (like I normally do) the grps normally fills. I run around doing dailies and repay the triple char posts after 5 minutes. Thus method makes it less painful.

@@LeeroyGaming Despite all the negativity surrounding pay to win, etc, they did get a lot of things right. That gives me much hope for D4. I believe they've started sending out closed beta testing invites for the end game content. Hopefully we get more information regarding D4 gameplay soon.

I got my main hand weapon, triple attributes, triple magics. Drop from normal monster in the field farming. It's pure RNG
Yea. I’m guessing drop rates may be better within certain content but it seems like you can get the best gear from any content assuming the difficulty setting is correct.
You also get much higher chances of dropping legendaries at the start of each day cycle (when you first log in that day until you drop a legendary while farming) because of hidden caps.
The same thing is true for regular gems from hidden lairs, and legendaries from rifts, bestiarys, etc.
Should add a disclaimer. CR is mandatory for all of the pve content, yes... however in pvp, you can be at 5 or 6k CR and someone have 2k CR. It doesn't matter as it caps you at 10% damage and damage reduction. So you grinded 100+ hours for all 3/3 rolls on all your gear. Doesn't matter in pvp. That 2k CR person COULD have 2 or 3k resonance to your maybe 1000. You will lose every time.
The main reason the high reso ppl win in pvp is that their gems are just better/more powerful. So the reso effect is capped at 10% but the rest of the effects still apply to pvp.
@@LeeroyGaming CR is the one that is 10% capped. Resonance gives raw health and damage and that is 100% uncapped. The gems effects are nerfed by 2/3. Also of note is set items work 100%. They are not nerfed any.

@@dlc556 just set difficulty to hell 3 and run the dungeons as normal. Use the tips in video to check where each piece of set drops
