I dunno... I think you SHOULD do another milestone video. When you hit 2k subscribers you and your lovely assistant from the "3 WORST Front Lever Exercises" should split the reps with each of you doing 1,000. 😆
The handstand push up = 1xbw press is a theory I'd like to see you try. You could also mix in some stuff on how you learnt it yourself. Btw, I think that for a handstand push up to equal a 1xbw press, you need to do it with full ROM, as in your hands almost touching your shoulders.
Yeah I'm hoping that my training right now is lending well to getting a better HSPU but it would definitely be nice to hit full range of motion before testing the theory, but its at the top of my list of video ideas rn. Definitely going to take that suggestion of adding in info about how I learned it, much appreciated for the idea 🙏🏼
Hey man! I really like your content, keep it up!
congratulations my friend! were growing stronger everyday!
Congrats man!!!!
Thanks!!
Real dedication right here
Late to the party, but that was great. Hope to see you do a million rep day sometime in the near future.
🤣🤣🤣 I appreciate it. Hopefully it's a million of something easy lmao
Dude I think you're going to need a bigger fan.😂 BTW Congratulations on getting 1,000 subs!
🤣🤣🤣 I really did though... Thanks 🙏🏻
I think you did more reps in this video than I've done in my life lol and I really love the fan you're using lol
Lmao you'll have to do it with me next time I do this. Yeah no luck on finding a bigger fan before I started 🤣
Congrats!
Much appreciated! I mentioned you at 38:54 in case you missed it 😁
