I found that of I hold down the power button long enough, the phone will restart itself even without pressing down the power and volume button. But it still doesn't fix my screen touch problem

Yes very true... Once I was fooled by mbl technician that your touch is to be changed.. so I paid 700 but he must have reboot the mbl.... 2 nd time same issue I paid 150 for rebooting mbl he did it with laptop
He also suggest me to uninstall Quick heal anti virus app is it true ? He may be true Becoz this happened after restarting mbl after running quick heal app

What I did to fix my not working touch screen phone is holding power button then use volume upper button then tap with my fingers and restart the phone (idk why my phone cant touch screen but can touch when using volume upper button for 1 seconds).

Thank you vary much. Your solution was very easy and took just 2 Minutes and worked. If I would have gone to Any shop including Authorised ones, they would have kept the mobile for a day and would have charged around Rs 1000.

Hi, man! Thank you so much for your tutorial. Now I got another issue :( I restarted my phone using your technique and it worked again!! Albeit, only for a bit and then it went unresponsive again. Then I rebooted it, screentouch came back to life for enough time to input my PIN and unlocking the lockscreen pattern, and then went back to ignoring my finger... Rinse and repeat for about 4 times. Do you know what could it be? Thank you again!

How about this phone, that some of the part of screen is unresponsive, like the half of the screen is responsing while the other half is unresponsive??
My phone screen is like that and I don't know if this video tutorial can help me fix my phone..I haven't try it yet because it's not the whole screen that unresponsive..
I tried to reboot the phone the morning way Nug it failed. But after trying out everything and before attempting your suggested method I simply put the phone in the sun for about 30 minutes and it started working .

What I did to fix my not working touch screen phone is holding power button then use volume upper button then tap with my fingers and restart the phone (idk why my phone cant touch screen but can touch when using volume upper button for 1 seconds).

Now I got another issue :( I restarted my phone using your technique and it worked again!! Albeit, only for a bit and then it went unresponsive again. Then I rebooted it, screentouch came back to life for enough time to input my PIN and unlocking the lockscreen pattern, and then went back to ignoring my finger... Rinse and repeat for about 4 times.

How about this phone, that some of the part of screen is unresponsive, like the half of the screen is responsing while the other half is unresponsive??
My phone screen is like that and I don't know if this video tutorial can help me fix my phone..I haven't try it yet because it's not the whole screen that unresponsive..
I tried to reboot the phone the morning way Nug it failed. But after trying out everything and before attempting your suggested method I simply put the phone in the sun for about 30 minutes and it started working .
