Dude! This helped a lot. I kept my phone on table at night. Thr next morning i tried unlocking my phone but for some reason the touch wasn't responsive. I watched few videos wherethey all said to restart or reboot it. Then this guy came came with the MOST INDIAN JUGAAD .....as soon as i gave my phone nice beating, the touch started to respond

Awesome the down vol + power button together helped to restart. When the screen dies this was a great help. My phone just suddenly had the screen touch not functioning with " touch not optimised bla bla BS"
