Dang...I have the Green Drab Contrail with ceramic bezel and love it to heck. It actually won over the Retrospect so much that I had to flip it because it got literally no wrist time because of it. Fast forward and I added the Avalon to my collection and both are different enough that I can enjoy it two times over. BUT now new gen of Contrails are already in the works?!? Dang, I think my wife going to divorce me lol. They look great! However, I know steel bezels are the thing and I am ok with it, but I actually prefer the ceramic because of the additional lume. The bezel is a dream as you mentioned! Kudos to the Nodus guys!
I love the balance between the all-stainless bezel and blue dial, having a similar effect on me as that Victorinox Infantry I have had my eye on. The bezel action itself makes the Nodus worthwhile!
One of the best looking watches that you have reviewed. I am not in the market for buying a watch at the moment but if I was, this is definitely a contender.
Everything looks great, except for the date window. It just distracting, and I think for this watch, they could have just remove the date altogether. Alternatively move it to the 6 o'clock.
That's the bezel functionality the explorer II or 1655 should have had. Steinhart could have beat rolex to it if their Steve McQueen model had a rotatable bezel
I respect this company. I hear they build a quality watch. I just find the Contrail boring and the design so generic. It's not ugly or anything. Just doesnt have personality. I hope Nodus sells a bunch!!!
The simplicity is lovely .. in my opinion they are producing really attractive pieces..
Beautiful watch. I got the blue version with the fixed bezel, and can't take it off. Great value and remarkable quality. Thanks for the video.
Wes and Cullen are doing some great stuff. Can’t wait to see what else they come up with.

The metal 12 hour insert and blue dial look great. The watch is very cool!

Nice.. This will definitely scratch that Halios itch.
Wow! Remind me Halios. Great design. Perfect specs

I do wish that the bezel is fully lume though, like the earlier Contrails
I like this one very much, have to save up or wait for a lottery strike, good review Rob, good job Nodus.
Pretty cool watch.
Beautiful high quality watch but wish the lugs were 1-2mm shorter and the date window at 6
