Thanks. Was looking for something relatively gentle and didn't involve me touching my chin to my knee first thing in the morning! Will be using this as a wake up and relaxation sequence before swimming. Thanks for keeping it simple and not overtly spiritual either.
Stephen - thanks for the encouragement. I am in the process of developing a series of stretch routines - they get more difficult. I love this routine because it is simple and it is a great way to warm up and get the body moving - using it before a swim is fantastic! you can actually swap the arm circles for some swim strokes freestyle, backstroke and breast stroke say 12 each.... enjoy. subscribe and stay tuned for more!
